I walk in silence to the bus stop with my friends Kyrstal and Tiffany. Everytime I see a car on the road it reminds me of what happened on Saturday. Oh no! I forgot to tell my parents about what happened on Saturday! Is Kai in danger right now? I miss him so much... I hope he comes to school today.

When I arrive at school, I secretly search for Kai. I look around the hall, there was no sign of him. I even asked Zelo if he walked to school with him today or at least seen him, but he said no.

"He's just late..." I try to convince myself but failed.

There are so many possibilities of the reason why he isn't at school, he might have been badly injured, he might have went to hospital, he might have been push of the cliff, he might have been taken to a secret place, he might have been eaten by ants, he might have been ran over by a tractor, he might have been forced to drink poison or worse of all, he might be dead. See, none of these possibilties are good and there are heaps more.

The bell rang and I slowly walk to math class.I sit in the seat I usually sit in and start to do my work. I try to concentrate but I keep getting distracted by the thoughts of Kai.I wonder what he's doing now...
