Taeng's POV

 

 

''are you alright buddy?'' I asked when I saw Yul clenching his teeth while looking intensely 

at his wife singing together with a strange guy

 

''do I look alright?'' he glared at me furiously. 'oh-oh! he's really mad, this is the first time 

I saw him mad'

 

''b-b-buddy, you don't have t-t-to look at t-them if you're h-h-h-hurt'' I stuttered, afraid of him.

 

''no, I need to see every little thing she does with that guy, so I won't misunderstand her''

he said not looking at me, but what he saw was a loud clapping and cheering from the

audience, plus the ahjusshi who said that Jessica and that strange guy look good together.

'poor Yul, he don't deserve this, he's innocent, these is all our fault'

 

What really makes a big impact is when I saw my buddy looking at their intertwined hands.

I thought they already part their hands but when the strange guy raised their hands together

labelled on their chest, there I saw Yul broke his glass using his hand. 'gosh, he must be 

really hurt, come to think of it, he never did anything to deserve this and yet he's here, is this

what our karma is? to witness my buddy suffer instead of us?'

 

''please hold Yoogeun for a while, I need to cool myself, I might kill that guy if I stay a little

bit longer'' Yul whispers to me not wanting Yoogeun to hear. 'my God, he has really a lot of 

patience, if I were him, I already hit that guy to death'

 

''don't go too far buddy'' I said he nodded.

 

''wait buddy!'' I shouted at him but seems like he didn't hear me. ''take care'' I said even

if he wouldn't hear it.

 

''Taeng appa, where is Tan appa going?'' Yoogeun asked.

 

''oh, yeah......Tan appa?......Yul right?.....he's just.....uhm.....going to buy drinks......yeah

drinks'' I smiled awkwardly at Yoogeun. He nodded. 'phew!'

 

The song end. I saw Jessica bowed at the audience and walked out on the stage. I saw

where she is heading. 'good thing you didn't bring along that strange guy while following

Yul, I don't know what will happen if you bring him along'

 

''Sunny please hold Yoogeun for a while'' I bowed at Sunny and before she can speak I

already turned around and followed Jessica.

 

There I saw Yuri winced in pain when Jessica hold his bleeding hand. 

 

''I'm sorry'' Jessica then get the handkerchief on her pocket but Yul quickly retrieved his

hand.

 

''I'm fine, you don't have to'' Yuri said coldly. 'ooh, cold Yul imnida'

 

''Yuri let me explain''

 

''I'm listening''

 

''I-I j-just......h-helped Onew.....his ex-girlfriend was i-in the......resto t-together with her

new b-boyfriend.....a-and--''

 

''you just make his ex-girlfriend jealous by intertwining your fingers by his, I understand''

Yuri said and turned around. 'you really have a lot of patience Yul, you can still hold your

anger at this state? wow just wow'

 

''wait, you don't understand Yuri-ah, I just w-want to--'' 

 

''I clearly understand Jessica, its okay you don't need to explain'' Yuri then entered his car

and drove away. Thank God he's already far, I don't know what will happen when I saw the

strange guy looking for Jessica.

 

''Jessica, I need to tell you something'' I called Jessica.

 

''there you are Jes, why did yo-''

 

''can I talk to Jessica for a while?'' I cut the stranger. He nodded and bowed at me.

 

''w-what is it T-Taeng? wait.....where is Y-Yuri going? c-can you c-call him, his hand were

bleeding he m-might--'' Jessica wasn't able to continue what she was saying when she burst 

out crying.

 

''he's fine, I know him, even if he has only one hand he can still drive safely'' I patted her back.

 

''Taeng, I-I just w-want to help O-Onew, his girlfriend is h-here with her new boyfriend, our

plan was to make her jealous but when I saw Onew was about to cry I hold his hand to

comfort him, I really don't want to hold his hand but, I have to, to prevent him from crying, I

didn't mean to hurt Yuri'' Jessica cried more.

 

''don't worry, everything will be okay'' I patted her back again.

 

''what is it that you're going to say?'' she asked after crying.

 

''oh yeah, remember our camp?'' I asked, she nodded.

 

''Yuri is innocent'' I looked at her eyes straight, she seems confuse.

 

''what do you mean innocent? he's on top of a girl'' she raised one of her eyebrow.

 

''they tripped, I thought he said it already?''

 

''they both tripped? really? how convincing'' she gave me a disgusted look.

 

''believe it or not, Yuri really wants to go back to our camp when that girl cling to him, he

pushed the girl and the girl was about to fall but he grabbed her immediately, to our surprise

the girl wrapped her arms on Yuri's neck and they both fell, that's when you saw it, they already

fell, you didn't saw how Yuri pushed her away'' I said and saw her shocked.

 

''a-are you telling t-the truth? Y-Yuri didn't c-cheat on me?'' she nudged me.

 

''yes, not even a second'' I shook my head.

 

''how can I know you're telling me the truth? she asked suspiciously.

 

''from the moment he laid his eyes on you, that's when he knows that he already loves you, 

and he will never love another girl, because he knows that you're the only one for him, that's

what he always say to us everyday, since college until now, so tell me how could I lie?'' I 

looked at her sincerely.

 

she sighed, ''I'm so stupid Taeng'' she slapped herself.

 

''hey! its okay eveything will be okay'' I stopped her from slapping herself. I patted her back.

 

''why didn't you trust him?'' I asked. 'hahaha! to make you feel more guilty'

 

''I-I don't k-know.....I-I just'' she burst out crying again. 'oh-oh my bad!' I patted her back to

comfort her.

 

 

.....A moment of silence.....

 

 

''I'll follow him'' Jessica said. 

 

''no, its already late''

 

''no, I need to explain'' she said and turned around luckily I grabbed her wrist.

 

''no Jessica, Yuri might not go home on the mansion, we don't know where is he going''

 

''that's why I'm going to search for him, he might be in trouble'' she struggle to break free

but I'm stronger enough.

 

''I said no, he's big enough to take care of his self, besides he needs to cool his self, he

needs to be alone for now, please understand'' I said, I saw her calm.

 

''I guess you're right, he needs to be alone for a while'' she lowered her head.

 

''I'll come with you tomorrow'' I said, she smiled.

 

''Thanks Taeng, why didn't you tell me earlier that he's innocent?'' she glared at me.

 

''hello?! you girls didn't bother listening to us, how can we say that he's innocent?'' I groaned

in annoyance. 'now I think these couple would make up, while me still needs to think of a

better way to talk to my wife'

 

''sorry Taeng'' she made a peace sign. I just sighed.

Jessica's POV

 

 

After Taeng send us to our house. I walked Yoogeun to our room for sleep.

 

''umma, I miss appa'' Yoogeun said, we're sitting on our bed.

 

''I miss him too'' I smiled at him bitterly.

 

''he left us a while ago, Taeng appa said he's just going to buy drinks for us, but he didn't

return'' Yoogeun said as he was sobbing now.

 

''ssshhh.....don't cry......he'll come back.....'' I wiped his tears and patted his head.

 

''is he coming back tomorrow?'' he asked, I smiled and nodded.

 

''YAY! I'm so excited'' he exclaimed happily.

 

''you better sleep now so when you woke up tomorrow, your appa is here already'' I carressed

his cheek, he nodded happily and lay on our bed.

 

 

When I saw him sleeping already, I adjust the blanket on him. I walked out of our room to

have some glass of water. I get the water inside the fridge and poured it in my glass.

 

''unnie'' Krystal calls behind me.

 

''its already late Krys, why still up?''

 

''Yul oppa went here this morning'' 

 

''he's always here everyday'' I said and drink the glass of water.

 

''unnie, you know you can tell me everything, you used to tell me everything'' she said and

lowered her head. I feel guilty for not telling her what happened.

 

''aigoo! are you mad?'' I pinched her cheek.

 

''YAH!'' she whined.

 

''don't worry, unnie will forgive Yul oppa because he didn't do anything'' I said and messed

her hair.

 

''YAH!'' she whined again.

 

''hahahaha, its okay, you're going to sleep anyway'' I said.

 

''you're crazy unnie! if Yul appa didn't forgive you, I'll steal him from you'' she then ran and

stuck her tongue on me. 'pfft!'

 

''tsch. as if he will entertain you, you little brat!'' I stuck my tongue on her too.

 

''pfft! excuse me, this Jung is the most prettiest'' she said boastfully as she made a y

pose. 'pfft!'

 

''but I'm the Goddess!'' I raised an eyebrow and smirked at her.

 

''YAH! I change my mind I'm the Goddess too'' she whined.

 

''did anyone told you that already?'' I asked smirking.

 

''none! but I know I am a Goddess!'' she raised her chin up.

 

''oops sorry, Yul told me that I'm his Goddess before, better luck next time, prettiest 

HAHAHA'' I ran to our room and quickly closed it before she could do anything.

 

''YAH!!!!!'' she whined outside.

 

I opened the door and said ''I'm still the Goddess'' I closed it immediately.

 

''UNNIE SO UNFAIR!!!! I'LL MAKE AMBER SAY IT TO ME TOO!!!!'' she whined.

 

''make your own fantasy Krys, but I'm still the Goddess!'' I spoke to the door.

 

''ARRRGH!!!'' she groaned in annoyance, I heard foot stomps. 

 

'make Amber say it to you tomorrow, and I'll make Yuri come back to me' I smiled at the

thought.

 

Since I can't contact him, I decided to message him before going to sleep.

I go to the bar to have some drinks. I can't let it pass this time, it's too much. I need to forget

everything for a moment. I sat at the table and order some drinks.

I get my phone on my pocket and saw Umma's number. I answered it.

 

''yoboseyo?'' I greet weakly.

 

''honey are you alright?'' my mother asked worriedly on the other line.

 

''ne umma, I'm just tired hehehe.... why did you call anyway?'' I asked changing the topic.

 

''I just want you to come here for a business meeting, remember Mr. Park?''  she asked.

are really blurry as it turns all black around me.

 

 

 

I woke up late in the morning with my aching head. 'aish! I shouldn't have drink yesterday'

 

I looked at my wrist watch and realized that I'm late for my flight. '!'

 

I realized the place is different from my room. 'where am I?'

 

I stand up and saw myself in the big mirror seeing me only wearing my boxer shorts. 'holy

! where's my shirt and pants?'

 

I looked around and I realized that this place is a girl's room. '! what happened last night?'

    let's meet up at XXXX restaurant, its about Yuri.

 

 

'who's this? and what about Yuri?' 

 

'Oh my Gawd! don't tell me Yuri is in the hospital? NOOOO! hey wait! why he/she wants to

meet at the resto if Yuri's in the hospital?' random thoughts ran through my mind.
