Yuri's POV

 

 

 

Its been five days since we have talked a lot because of my busy schedule and I'm terribly

missing her. Many foreign investors wants to invest in our company and I have to meet them

every night and day for our contract. Meetings here and everywhere so I don't have time for

my wife and I feel sorry for her that's why I have to make it up to her for having a dinner with

her this night.

 

 

 

"Mr. Kwon?" Gyuri calls

 

 

 

"Yes, Ms. Park?" I replied not looking at her, I'm fixing my things and ready to go when she

asked:

 

 

 

"Want to have dinner with me? My treat" 

 

 

 

"Uhm... I'm sorry..... but..... Jessica is waiting for me"  I said and looked at her apologetically

 

 

 

"Oh, you have a date? I see.... it's okay Yul" she replied sadly.

 

 

 

"Maybe next time?" 

 

 

 

"Better than never, promise?" 

 

 

 

"Promise" I said and turned my back on her, I was about to walk when I heard someone

collapsed behind. Then I turned my head to see and I was shocked of what I saw.

 

 

 

"GYURI!" I shouted as I run at her side.

 

 

 

"I-I'm alright Yul.....I guess I'm just t-tired" she said weakly, trying to stand but failed.

 

 

 

"No, you're not....you can't even stand on your own....I'll take you to the hospital"

 

 

 

"But"

 

 

 

"No buts" I said and put her right arms around my shoulder.

 

 

 

"What about Jessica?" 

 

 

 

"She'll understand, c'mon" I said and support her.

Jessica's POV

 

 

 

I'm sitting at the restaurant while waiting for my husband. I can't wait to see him, its been

five days since we have talked to each other. Everytime I remind myself to wait for him in

the evening I can't help but to fall asleep, so I decided to use an alarm clock to wake me in

the morning to cook breakfast for him, but that damn alarm clock can't wake me.

 

 

 

I look at my wrist watch, it's 6:50pm already, our meeting time is 7:00pm I just came here

early because I thought he would be early too. 

 

 

 

'Its okay Jessie, ten more minutes and you'll see your seobang again' I smiled to myself.

 

 

 

I waited...

check my phone...

 

 

and waited...

and wait...

 

 

and wait...

 

 

and wait...

 

 

 

Until I was the one who almost close the restaurant... (-_-)

 

 

 

"Excuse me Miss, but we're going to close" the waiter said.

 

 

 

"Uhm...o-okay" I just bowed and walk out of the restaurant.

 

 

 

"Where are you Yuri?" I asked in no one. Then fear starts to form inside me. What if something

bad happened to him? My heart clenched at the thought. Just then my phone vibrates and I saw

his name.

 

 

 

"H-hello bab--" 

 

 

 

"KWON YURI WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU? ARE YOU ALRIGHT?" I yelled at the phone.

 

 

 

"I'm here" he said behind me. Then I turned around to see him.

 

 

 

"YAH!" I shouted as I hit him on his chest.

 

 

 

"I'm sorry baby, my phone got empty battery, I'm sorry" he said and hugged me.

 

 

 

"I-I thought something b-bad happens to y-you" I said crying on his chest

 

 

 

"Nothing bad happens to me......it's just.....uhm....I have to send Gyuri to the hospital" he

said hesitantly my heart begans to clenched again after hearing her name.

 

 

 

"What happened to her?" I asked coldly.

 

 

 

"I was about to leave the office when she collapsed, so I have to send her to the hospital

for check up, I'm sorry baby, I'll make it up to you" he said 

 

 

 

"When? Next week? Next month? Next year? Can you tell exactly when, so I don't have to

expect every minute, hours or days waiting for you?" I said sadly, I can't keep it inside me

anymore.  'I need you beside me, Yuri'

 

 

 

"I'm sorry" that's all he said as he lowered his head.

We were at his car, there's an awkward silence, he was driving while I was just staring at

the window. 'Did I hurt him from what I said a while ago? Great! Jessica what have you done?'

 

 

 

"We're home" he said and rushed to open the door for me but I already opened it and passed

through him. I'm mad because I waited him at the restaurant for how many hours, I've waited

this day to be with him but nothing happens. I get the keys in my handbag and open the door.

I was shocked of what I saw. A table with candles and decorations. It's beautiful

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

"I said I'll make it up to you right?" he said and back hug me. I felt guilty of what I act towards

him a while ago. 'You really never fail to surprise me, Yuri'

 

 

 

"I know you're hungry, c'mon let's eat" he said. He was about to remove his hands on my waist

but I grab and hold it.

 

 

 

"Let's stay like this a little bit longer seobang" I said as I closed my eyes, enjoying the

moment.

 

 

 

"I'm sorry for making you wait, after I send Gyuri at the hospital I rushed to our house to

decorate this because if I head to the restaurant I cannot make it on time. But I think this

candlelight dinner was an epic fail, it's not beautiful" he whispers to my ear then rest his

chin on my shoulder.

 

 

 

"Its beyond perfect baby, thank you" I said as I faced him.

 

 

 

"No baby. Thank you for coming into my life" he said looking straight to my eyes. I smiled

 

 

 

"You know Sica, you were sleeping on the chair in our classroom when I first saw you, that

was five years ago, from that day I always find myself staring at your beautiful face, every

smile you did my heart jumps, every move you make, my eyes wants to follow you, every

words you say my heart beats thrice the normal, I thought it was just a simple crush but my

heart broke into pieces when I saw you with other guy. That's when I learned that I fell in love

with you''

 

 

 

My heart flatters when he said those words ever since I never noticed him because my heart

belongs to DongHae before. Sunny is right, I just closed my eyes because I don't want to see

it.

 

 

 

"I guess I'm really beautiful, huh?" I asked jokingly. I feel that he smiles on my shoulder.

 

 

 

"No baby, you're more than beautiful, you're my living Goddess" he said and smiled sweetly.

'Okay Jessica, MELT NOW!"

 

 

 

"C-cheesy Yul! c-c'mon let's eat already"

We were at our bed cuddling. I think he's already sleeping because he's not speaking. I

looked up and see if he's already sleeping and I saw his eyes are closed.

 

 

 

"Seobang, I love you, I'm sorry if I realized it a little bit late but I promise that I won't waste any

 time to show how much I love you, I wish we had more time for each other so I can repay you

 from all the pain that I've caused, I miss you"

 

 

 

"I miss you too, baby" he spoke suddenly making my eyes widen.

 

 

 

"YAH! I thought you're sleeping?" I yelled at him.

 

 

 

"Hahaha I was about to sleep when I heard your angelic voice"

 

 

 

"Hmp!" I said and sat up, facing my back on him.

 

 

 

"Hahahaha!"

 

 

 

"YAH! Don't make fun of me, hmp!" I shouted still facing my back on him.

 

 

 

"I'm not hahahahahahahahaha wait a second" he said then I felt him stand, I look at him

to see what he's going to do. He grabbed his phone on our table and dialed a number.

'I guess you're going to call Gyuri to check her condition, huh?'

 

 

 

"Hello?....yes Soo....can you take over my place just for tomorrow?......yeah, Jessica and I

are going on a date tomorrow...... you can?...... Yay! Thanks buddy I owe you one" he said

smiling at me.

 

 

 

I felt my heart jumps of what he said. I'm happy that we're going on a date tomorrow. I

always accused him on doing bad things, but I'm the one who really do bad towards him.

 

 

 

'Babo Sica-ah! Stop thinking that your seobang is going to cheat on you'

 

 

 

"I said I'll make it up to you right?" he said then return to our bed. I just nodded like a kid.

 

 

 

"Haha, come here baby let's sleep, for sure it'll take me 30mins to wake you tomorrow"

he teased.

 

 

 

"YAH!"

 

 

 

"Hahahaha, come here let's sleep" he said then open his arms for an embrace, I come

beside him and rest my head on his chest like I always do. 

 

 

 

"I love you Sica-baby, good night" he said and kissed my forehead.

 

 

 

"I love you too seobang" I said and pecked him on his lips. We both exhange smiles to

each other before drifting to dreamland.
