Yuri's POV

 

 

 

"Wait Sica, please don't leave me!" I shouted as I open my eyes. 

 

 

 

'Wait, where's Jessica?' I asked myself as I force to sit at my bed. Just then the door opened, I

was smiling because I thought its Sica, unfortunately not.

 

 

 

"Hey honey! finally you're awake, thank God!" my umma said as she hugs me. Then I noticed that

Tiffany entered my room too. When she noticed that I'm awake already she dialed something on

her phone. I just shrugged it off and look for my wife.

 

 

 

"U-umma?" I said weakly, 'Wait, why am I this weak? What happened to me?'

 

 

 

"Yes, honey?" my umma said sweetly, as she peeled an apple for me.

 

 

 

"W-where am I?" I asked still confused of where am I right now.

 

 

 

"You're at the hospital honey, you got into a car accident last week, you just woke up today" my

umma said patting my head. 'So that's why I'm here?'

 

 

 

"Oh, u-umma?" I asked again.

 

 

 

"Yes, honey?"

 

 

 

"Where's Sica?" I asked, I saw my mother frown.

 

 

 

"She's not here, so don't ask again about her, she left you already right?"

 

 

 

"Did s-she even visit me? did s-she know about m-my condition?"

 

 

 

"She knows about your condition, but she didn't even bother to visit you, don't think of her okay?

Forget her, honey" my mother said, just then my heart tighten at what she said, Sica didn't even

bother to visit me even if she knew about my condition? My eyes starts to form a tears. 

 

 

 

"Umma, p-please call Sica"

 

 

 

"No!"

 

 

 

"Please, I need her"

 

 

 

"NO! she'll hurt you again and again, forget her!" she said angrily.

 

 

 

"B-but I-I-I....." I said as things around me turned black.

 

 

 

 

Tiffany's POV

 

 

I entered Yuri's room and saw that he's already awake, I promised Jessica that I'll call her when

Yuri is already awake, since she can't visit Yul because of her mother. I sneakily dialed her number

as I put my phone inside my pocket for her to hear Yuri's voice. I was just standing near Yuri.

Jessica's POV

 

 

 

I woke up due to the phone that is ringing beside my left ear. I take a look and saw Tiffany's name.

I answered it quickly to know what's the condition of Yuri.

 

 

 

''Hello Fan-'' I was cut off when I heard Yuri's voice

 

 

 

"U-umma?" I heard his voice, its good to know that he's awake. I miss his voice.

 

 

 

"Yes, honey?" I heard his mother answered.

 

 

 

"W-where am I?" he spoke again, I increased the volume of my phone because I really want to

hear his voice.

 

 

 

"You're at the hospital honey, you got into a car accident last week, you just woke up today"

 

 

 

"Oh, U-umma?"

 

 

 

"Yes, honey?"

 

 

 

"Where's Sica?" I heard him said again. I'm happy that he is looking for me. He wanted me there. 

 

 

 

''I'm here baby, wait me! I'll go there" I said as I turned my phone into loudspeaker so I can still

hear it even if I'm changing my clothes. I stopped when I heard his mother speak.

 

 

 

"She's not here, so don't ask again about her, she left you already right?"

 

 

 

"NO! I'll go there, hang on seobang!"

 

 

 

"Did s-she even visit me? did s-she know about m-my condition?" I heard him asked his mother.

 

 

 

"YES! I'm always there for you seobang, every night I'm there when your umma is not around"

 

 

 

"She knows about your condition, but she didn't even bother to visit you. Don't think of her okay?

forget her honey"

 

 

 

"That's because you didn't let me in!" I shouted at the phone, as if Yuri can hear me. 

 

 

 

"Umma, p-please call Sica"

 

 

 

"I'll be coming Yuri-ah, please wait me there"

 

 

 

"No!" I heard her umma yelled at him.

 

 

 

"Please I need her" 

 

 

 

"I'll be there, Yuri"

 

 

 

"NO! She'll hurt you again and again, forget her!" 

 

 

 

"No! I promise that I'll never hurt you again Yuri-ah!"

 

 

 

"B-but I-I-I....." 

 

 

 

"He sleep again" I heard Mrs. Kwon said.

 

 

 

"Let's just wait him woke up again Mrs. Kwon, for now I'll be monitoring him every hour for

his progress" I heard Tiffany said.

 

 

 

"Thank you, Doctor Hwang" 

 

 

 

I heard the door closed then Tiffany spoke on the other line.

 

 

 

"Jessie? Did you hear their conversation?"

 

 

 

"Yes! I heard it all Fany. I'll go there!" I answered her.

 

 

 

"Don't! Mrs. Kwon is here. I'll just call you when is the right time to visit okay?" she said

 

 

 

"Uhm.....okay....thanks Fany"

 

 

 

"No problem Jessie, I'll hang the phone now, bye"

 

 

 

"Bye Fany" I said then she hang up the phone.

 

 

 

"Thank goodness you're awake seobang" I said in no one as tears are forming to my eyes.

 

 

 

Just then my phone vibrates again. I thought its Fany, but to my surprise its her. 'Mrs.Kwon?' Why

is she calling me? Is she going to allow me to see Yuri again? I answered it immediately.

 

 

 

"Y-yes, umm-- I mean Mrs. Kwon?" 

 

 

 

"Can we meet now?" she asked, I was shocked, 'Why did she wants to see me?'

 

 

 

"Uhm....okay....where? I asked nervously.

 

 

 

"At XXXXX restaurant" she said, but before I can say a word she hang up already. 'Weird?'

Normal POV

 

 

 

Jessica entered the expensive restaurant and search for a certain woman. When she saw her,

she took a deep breath and walk near her.

 

 

 

"Good afternoon, Mrs. Kwon" Jessica said then bowed at the middle age woman.

 

 

 

"Have a sit, Jessica" Mrs. Kwon said gesturing the chair to Jessica.

 

 

 

"I'll go straight to the point Jessica because I don't want to waste my time" Mrs. Kwon said glaring

at Jessica. 

 

 

 

"W-what is it, Mrs.Kwon?" Jessica said and gulped as sweats are forming on her forehead.

 

 

 

"I want you to stay away from my son" Mrs. Kwon said not leaving her glare at Jessica.

 

 

 

"B-but Mrs---" 

 

 

 

"How much more money do you need?" Mrs. Kwon asked, as she drinks her wine.

 

 

 

"Mrs. Kwon I don't need money, all I need is Yur--"

 

 

 

"Oh! my bad, I'm sorry, I forgot that you already have half of our properties. So, what else do

you need from my son?" Mrs. Kwon looked at her fiercely.

 

 

 

"I only need Yuri, believe it or not, I love Yuri" Jessica said in a hurt tone.

 

 

 

"Really? say, if you love my son, what do you feel about Lee DongHae? he's you boyfriend right?"

 

 

 

"We broke u--"

 

 

 

"You know, the first time I saw you, I have this weird feeling that my son is somewhat not safe

with you and guess what? I'm right, you just put him in danger, tell me I'm wrong?" Mrs. Kwon

glared at Jessica again.

 

 

 

Jessica couldn't answer because she's thinking that, did she really put Yuri to danger? Her mind

was occupied about Yuri.

 

 

 

"Tell me I'm wrong, Jessica" Mrs. Kwon spoke again.

 

 

 

Jessica just shook her head slowly as tears starting to fall from her eyes.

 

 

 

"So? Are you willing to set my son free from all the danger that you're going to bring him?" Mrs.

Kwon said. Jessica was hurt at her harsh words, but she can't say nor do anything because Mrs.

Kwon is right. Jessica only nodded as tears are falling from her eyes, she cannot control it

anymore.

 

 

 

"Good girl" Mrs. Kwon said and pat Jessica's head before leaving the restaurant. Jessica

remained at her sit as she wipes her tears, but its useless because it falls again uncontrollably

in her eyes.

 

 

 

 

"I guess this is the right thing to do Yuri, if loving you must mean I really have to set you free, then

I'll take the risk and let you go"
