''I want to congratulate you, Yul'' Gyuri said happily, making me confuse.

 

 

 

''Huh?'' I replied as I furrowed my eyebrows.

 

 

 

''Mr. Lee accepted our request of being their partner. He's willing to help us expand our company

in other countries'' she said while clapping her hands.

 

 

 

''WOAH! Really?!' My eyes widen. 'I'm betting appa will be happy for this' 

 

 

 

''I think we should celebrate. How about tonight?'' she asked

 

 

 

''Sure, I'll invite Taeng, Yoon and Soo'' I said

 

 

 

''Sure sure, you can invite Jessica too'' she said and smiled.

 

 

 

''Really? Okay I'll call her, wait a second'' I said, then dialed Jessica's number.

 

 

 

''Hello? seobang?'' she asked, I felt my heart jumps hearing her angelic voice.

 

 

 

''Hey sleepyhead!'' I teased.

 

 

 

''Yeah whatever, oh did you know that I'm holding a knife now, and mickey is here beside

me?''  she said, I know she's threatening of doing something bad on mickey.

 

 

 

''YAH! Don't touch my son!'' I yelled at the phone, then I looked at Gyuri, she furrowed her

eyebrows.

 

 

 

''E-errr......I mean don't touch my mickey.....he-he-he'' I warned her.

 

 

 

''Fine, why did you call anyway? Miss me?''  she asked wth a playful voice. 'Oh! I want to go home

and jump on her now!' (O_O)

 

 

 

''Y-yeah, aside from that I want to invite you'' 

 

 

 

''Invite? Oh is there any occasion today? OMO I don't have dress, wait I'll ask Fany to accompany

me on choosing a dress, is it a birthday party? Wedding party? Oh my God who's going to marry?''

she asked randomly.

 

 

 

''Baby, liste-'' 

 

 

 

''Oh! Don't tell me Fany said yes to Taeng already, that mushroom hasn't told me anything

yet''

 

 

 

''Baby, it's just a cele---''

 

 

 

''Oh my God, baby! Don't tell me, Yoon proposed to my Seobaby, hey give that phone to Yoon

''He said he just wants to invite you to a celebration party beca--'' I said

 

 

 

''what celebration party? Who's going to celebrate the party?''  she asked

 

 

 

''Oh don't mind it. Its just a celebration party because Yoon finally learns how to walk''

 

 

 

''YAH! Are you joking?''

 

 

 

''No, I'm a serious person ya know, I don't know how to joke''

 

 

 

''KWON YURI!''

 

 

 

''Can I talk now? I just want to invite you at company's celebration party because one of great

business man here in korea agreed to be partner's in our company that's all, my God!''

 

 

 

''Congratulations seobang. You're so great'' She exclaimed happily. I can feel that she's jumping.

 

 

 

''Thanks, baby. I'll fetch you around 7:00pm, okay?''

 

 

 

''Sure, okay! Fighting Kwon seobang'' she said cheerfully. I just smiled at her dorkiness. 

 

 

 

''How sweet of you two'' Gyuri said smiling at me.

 

 

 

''Hahaha, she's so funny'' I said remembering our conversation on the phone a while ago. 

 

 

 

''Sure she is'' she said then smiled again.

Jessica's POV

 

 

 

Yuri and I arrived at XXXXX Hotel, one my husband's property in Seoul. 

 

 

 

''Let's go. They must be waiting for us now'' my husband said then intertwined our fingers.

 

 

 

We were at the entrance door of the club inside the hotel. The sound is so loud, I miss going in

a club. Its been a while since I last went in a club with DongHae.

 

 

 

''Baby are you ready?'' he asked looking at me.

 

 

 

''Uhm...seobang I'm shy....do I look good tonight?'' I asked

 

 

 

''You always look perfect to me'' he said making me smile.

 

 

 

 

We entered the club, the first person I saw was her, Park Gyuri. She's so beautiful. Her dress

perfectly fit her curves. 'God Jessica, you should have wear the other dress'

 

 

 

 

 

 

''Hi Mr and Mrs. Kwon. Jessica you looked beautiful tonight'' she greeted and compliments.

I just bowed and smiled awkwardly. I don't know what to feel.

 

 

 

''By the way Yul, your father is waiting at the VIP room for you'' she said looking at my husband.

 

 

 

''Uhm...okay...Ms. Park can you accompany my wife for a while I'm talking with my father?''

 

 

 

''Sure, come here Jessica'' she said dragging me away from Yuri. Honestly, I'm not comfortable

with this girl, there's something about her that I don't like or its just me, I just shrugged it off.

 

 

 

''Jessica, want to drink with me?'' she asked, but before I could answer she dragged me at

the table and ordered wine.

 

 

 

''Hey, I can see that you and Yuri are growing stronger. I'm happy that my best friend is happy''

she said smiling at me.

 

 

 

''Uhm....yeah....he-he-he I'm happy too, that he's happy with me'' 

 

 

 

''By the way, did you noticed how stressed he was these past few days?'' she asked, its true that

Yuri is getting more thinner this past few days because of stressed. I just nodded at her 

question.

 

 

 

''How about you and Yuri go on a date tomorrow?'' she suggested.

 

 

 

''But.... he has work tomorrow'' I replied knowing that it's only Saturday tomorrow and Yuri's day

off is during Sunday only.

 

 

 

''There's nothing much important to do tomorrow. I suggest that he should just take a rest,

I feel pity for him, he's always stress and I can't do anything, maybe you can do something

about it Jessica'' she asked looking at me.

 

 

 

''But I thin--''

 

 

 

''I have a plan, what if you set his alarm clock late so that he could just rest for tomorrow'' she

cut me off.

 

 

 

''I don't think that's a good idea'' I said not approving.

 

 

 

''Okay, its still up to you'' she said and smiled at me, then drink her glass of wine.

 

 

 

 

 

Yuri's POV

 

 

 

''Hey there pretty boy!'' my appa greeted me.

 

 

 

''Appa!'' I said happily and hug him.

 

 

 

''Congratulations, you're really a Kwon. I'm so proud of you'' 

 

 

 

''Thanks appa''

 

 

 

''By the way, you have a meeting tomorrow with Mr. Lee at 8:00am, so don't forget to go early 

okay?''

 

 

 

''Okay appa. I got it''  

 

 

 

''Alright, say hi to Jessica for me'' he said and we bid goodbye to each other.

Jessica's POV

 

 

 

''Seobang, are you tired?'' I asked, we were cuddling in our bed.

 

 

 

''Honestly, yes'' he's eyes are closed. He really look exhausted.

 

 

 

''You want massage?''

 

 

 

''Nope, I know you're tired too. Let's just sleep baby, I'm fine''

 

 

 

 

When he was already sleeping, I can't help but to think what Gyuri said while we were at the

bar.

 

 

 

''There's nothing much important to do tomorrow. I suggest that he should just take a rest, I

feel pity  for him, he's always stress and I can't do anything, maybe you can do something

about it Jessica''

 

 

 

''I know you're tired seobang. I'm sorry but I'm doing this for you'' I said looking at his peaceful

face while sleeping.

 

 

 

I get the alarm clock on our table and set it.

 

 

 

 

 

Next morning.....

 

 

Normal POV

 

 

 

Yuri woke up in the morning wondering why his alarm clock didn't rang. 'Maybe I just woke

up early than usual' he thought to his self. Then he became confused when he saw that the

sun was rising up this early, usually he woke up still no sunlight. 'Weird'

 

 

 

''Morning seobang. Let's go to the park today?'' Jessica asked.

 

 

 

''Morning baby, oh! I'm sorry but I have a meeting this 8:00am with Mr. Lee for signing of contract''

 

 

 

Just then Jessica's eyes wide open after hearing her husband.

 

 

 

''Y-you mean the o-one who a-agreed to became p-partners with your company? 

 

 

 

''Yes. I'm sorry baby, I'll make it up to you, okay? Get more sleep its still early'' Yuri said as he

kissed his wife's forehead.

 

 

 

''S-seobang it's 10:16am a-already''

 

 

 

''Just order your breakfast at the restaurant nea-- WHAAAT?'' Yuri look at their wall clock and

saw that his wife was correct, it was indeed 10:16am. His eyes widen then look at his phone.

 

 

 

10 messages recieved, 50 missed calls.

 

 

He begun to read the messages.

     Buddy! Come here already, Mr. Lee's car is here.

     Yul! Mr. Lee is here at the conference room.

     Yul, Mr. Lee is waiting.

     Hey, he's mad already.

     YAH! KWON YUL where are you? Mr. Lee is going to leave in 10mins.

     I'm sorry Yul, but Mr. Lee pulled out on our contract.

 

 

From: Appa

 

     Kwon Yuri, go to my office now!

 

 

 

 

''DAMN ALARM CLOCK!'' Yuri shouted then throw the alarm clock at the wall.

 

 

 

''S-seobang, what h-happened?'' Jessica asked nervously.

 

 

 

''Mr. Lee pulled out on our contract because of this damn alarm clock!'' Yuri said while stomping

at the alarm clock until it broke into pieces.

 

 

 

''S-seobang I need to tell you something'' Jessica said nervously.

 

 

 

''I'm sorry baby. Did I scared you? I was just mad after all the sacrifices I've done this alarm clock

just ruined it. What is it that you're going to tell?'' Yuri asked as he soften his face to his wife.

 

 

 

''I-I set the alarm c-clock. T-that's why it d-didn't alarm on t-time, I'm sorry'' Jessica said lowering

her head, as tears are forming in her eyes.

 

 

 

''What did you just say?'' Yuri looked at her in disbelief.
