Narrator's POV

"-oh my god Jaz!" Namjoo said stopping her moves

"w-what?" the maknae asked

"youre makeup's running. Were you crying?" she asked

"no" Jasmine muttered

"come on, let me fix it" Namjoo said pulling her hand to where the makeup bag was. While Namjoo was fixing Jasmine's mascara and eyeliner, the students started to pile in, including the principal and the coach

"girls" she called out

"okay I'm done" Namjoo smiled and the two rushed to the rest

"thanks for coming out Jaz-ah" coach smiled "I know you had afternoon off today"

"no worries coach" Jasmine said and she patted the girl's back

"okay girls, so apparently. Principal said that our new students are new k-pop stars" coach said "they're going to require high quality performance. Pfft, bull. Just perform like you would always do. Happy and together. Now go kick some girls"

"Attention students. Seoul High Academy is very honored to have new boyband BTS study at our school" the principal said erupting applause from the students "now of course, today is also our annual Winter Assembly to be followed by our Winter Ball next Friday night. Right now, let's welcome our two-time national cheerleading championship squad. As talented as their name, Cheer Star!"

"let's go" captain Chorong said and the girls took their formation. What's Your Name blasted through the speakers of the gym as Eunji and Naeun broke out into aerials. After performing with a bunch of stunts and moves, they finished with a pyramid where Jasmine jumped off and Chorong jumped to the top. The 7 of them walked back to the cheerleaders' bleachers, took a drink of water and turned to listen to the principal talk again. It was really boring Jasmine so she closed her eyes, and leaned her head on Eunji's shoulder

"yah" Naeun said nudging her

"bwoh?" Jasmine grumbled opening her eyes

"there's a guy that's like checking you out girl" Naeun said

"I see it too" Hayoung grinned turned to face the cold-hearted girl "bleachers. Left. Dirty-blonde. See him?"

"neh" Jasmine muttered locking eyes with the guy she encountered before "I see him alright"

"is he cute?" Bomi asked. She broke the contact by flipping around

"you could say that" Jasmine shrugged "but you girls know me, I'm not interested in boys"

"Jaz-ah, you need to get back in the game girl" Eunji said

"shiro" she crossed her arms

"come on, it's been like 3 years since Hoseok. You need to forget that and get your game on. Look, that blonde's alraedy looking at your body bait" Eunji smirked. Jasmine rolled her eyes "come on, you can take him to the Winter Ball next week"

"me? I'm not gonna ask him" Jasmine said "not only do I not want to, but also because this girl ain't gonna ruin her pride"

"-thank you students. Have a good day. See you all tomorrow" the principal finished announcing the end of the assembly. Rushing to her bag, wanting to go back home, Jasmine saw a missed call

"bwoyah" she said curiously looking at the call log

'Kev oppa'

Jasmine squealed and called him back

Jasmine's POV

"oppa!" I beamed and heard him chuckle through the phone

"Jazzie, this is Eli" he said "Kevin's in the bathroom"

"still. Eli oppa!" I yelled "how are you guys? I miss you so much"

"nado nado" he said "well you know. We have an off weekend and Kev insisted to go to your house and since you know, all of us miss our Stop Girl dancer and imo's cooking, we decided to agree"

"bwoh?! You're coming home?! eodi? eonjae?" I asked packing my things hurriedly

"like about now" he said "turn around and stop packing your bag"

"d-deh?" I asked and turned around to see 6 familiar boys. Cheer Star and the new kids looked shocked at the surprise guests

"well don't just stand there. Give me a hug" Kevin said opening his arms wide. I smiled running up to my brother and jumping into his welcoming arms. I clung onto his neck as he spun me around, making my skirt twirl. I pecked his cheek as he set me down. I went and hugged the other members before turning to Cheer Star

"oppas, you remember Cheer Star" I said and inched the others closer

"neh. How are you girls doing?" Soohyun said flashing his smile

"we're good" Chorong nodded

"oh? aren't you the new group? from Big Hit?" Hoon asked to the boys still in the bleachers

"neh" a boy with shades nodded and the 7 of them bowed, doing a very...odd...introduction. The shades boy introduced their members one by one and in return, we did the same, so did U-Kiss

"I really like your new song" Dongho said "We Are Bulletproof. If anyone can really pull off that badass style, it's Jaz"

"chincha?" Suga asked

"neh" Dongho nodded

"yah" I said to him "oppa"

"what?" he asked. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my bag and varsity jacket

"we'll see you tomorrow Jaz" Namjoo said. I nodded waving goodbye as Cheer Star left me between the two boybands. The two groups were talking amongst themselves when V spoke up. I know this may seem a bit stalker-ish, but I was eyeing him for a while now

"Jasmine-ssi" he said turning everyone's attention to the two of us

"what" I said looking at him. My eyes boring into his soul. He, though, seemed unfazed

"so about the Winter Ball on Friday. I was wondering if you'd like to go with me" V asked boldly

"well-"

"yah" Kevin said pulling on my arm. He knew my immediate answer

"oppa bwoh?" I whined as he got us far away enough from the groups

"you should give him a try" he said

"oppa shiro" I shook my head furiously

"c'mon Jaz, try him" Kevin said

"ah oppa" I scowled

"you need to get over Hoseok-"

"don't say his ing name" I muttered

"yah! Woo Jieun, don't speak to me in that manner" he scolded. I looked down at my converse

"mian oppa" I said and he pinched my cheek

"just try V" he said pulling me back. I groaned and rolled my eyes

"V-ssi, I'll go to the da-"

"jamkamman-yo, can you go to the dance with me?" J-Hope asked

"what?" I asked glaring at him "what the hell? are you trying to school this ? cuz if you are-"

"Jaz" Kevin said and I sighed

"hyung" V said looking at J-Hope.

"you mean you don't remember me?" J-Hope asked

"of course I do" I spat with sarcasm "well am I supposed to? I've never met you in my life "

"Jieunnie" J-Hope said and my arms dropped to my side, freezing up "it's me. Ho-"

"get away from me" I sneered swiftly running away from them

"Jaz!" Kiseop yelled. I cried and cried, the memories flooding back into my mind. I ran to the park again, throwing my bag on the ground and punching my fist on the tree, creating a very noticable dent

"what the ?" I sobbed looking at what I did. Dang, umma and appa told me to control my anger. Too late now, I slumped down on the bench, my bare legs and arms cold as the grey sky clouded with snowflakes. I felt the cold touch of the snow and shivered

"gwenchana?" a voice asked putting a jacket to cover my shoulders

"if you're J-Hope, you better run for your ing life right now before I kick your-"

"it's me. V" he said sitting down next to me "your brother's worried. So is the rest of U-Kiss sunbaes"

"then why are you here instead of them?" I asked, my face buried in my hands

"I told them I'd go look for you" V said "so what happened back there?"

"what do you mean?" I asked trying to act oblivious

"stop the act. What happened between you and J-Hope hyung?" V asked

"you're not going to stop unless I tell you are you?" I asked. He nodded. Shrugging, I took a breath before spilling my biggest heartbreak
