Chapter 3

"Whoa! Who's that hottie?" Tiffany asked.

I looked at who she was talking about. Sehun. Uh oh! Was Tiff interested in him? No way!

"Is he your neighbor?" Tiffany shrieked.

"Uhh, yes." I replied as I opened her car door and got in. "Come on, we'll be late."

"Wait! Lets go talk to him!" She started walking towards him.

"No! Fany-ah, wait up! That's a really bad idea!" I called desperately after her, but it was no use.

I watched her walk up to him. I couldn't hear what they were talking. Not that I wanted to, of course. I pretend to be busy looking for something in my bag.

"Oh my gosh! Guess what! Guess what!" Tiffany was suddenly in front of me, squealing like a fan girl.

"What?" I asked her. Please don't let it be...

"He asked me out! Like oh my god!"

I froze. Did I hear her right? "Wait! Wait...what?"

"I've got a date with your hot new neighbor. Oh! And his name is Sehun, by the way." She said proudly, and got in her car. "Now come on, we're going to be late!"

I couldn't move. So, I guess he had moved on. I stare at the back of his car as he drove away to school.

"Uh, Jess? Are you ok?" Tiffany asked nervously. No, I wasn't okay at all.

Fany's eyes widened. "Oh my gosh, wait, don't tell me you like him too! I'm so so sorry if you want him as your boyfriend or something. I could tell him to ask you out instead. I didn't like him that much anyway."

Oh god, she's being nice made me feel even worse. I didn't deserve Sehun.

I faked a smile and said, "No! Of course not! I'm happy for you guys! I was just a little shocked, you know. It just happened so fast."

Tiffany then smile in relief. "Thanks Jess! You're my best friend, and I don't want any guys to come between us. Oh crap! We are soooo going to be late!"

I sighed and told myself to just deal with it. Its gonna be a very long day.
