Soyun leaned on the car window and she watched the rain drops slowly dripping down the window outside. Why. Why did she had to leave her life to start a new? In a totally different country, far away from her hometown. When they arrived at the airport Baekhyun helped her to carry her bags. "I can take them.", Soyun said and tried to pulled them out of his hands but he held them really hard. "Seriously, what do you think of this? Do you really want to leave your friends?", Soyun asked and her eyes started to tear up. "I can do anything for you.", Baekhyun replied and started to walk up to the big building with the bags. "Don't you understand?! I don't want to go!! I want to stay here.", Soyun cried. "Soyun stop it, you will realize that this is what you need.", Soyun's mother said and laid her hand on her shoulder, Soyun shook it off and walked with determined steps after Baekhyun. Soyun sat down in a chair, waiting for them to go on the airplane. Baekhyun had his eyes down in his phone all the time, she knew he didn't want this either, he had as many friends as she had in Korea, if not more. Now he had to leave them because their parents thought it would be good for Soyun. Just when she was about to unlock her own phone they opened the gate, told people that they could enter the airplane. Soyun stood up together with her family but just when she was about to go someone called her name behind her. She quickly turned around and was thrown into a hug, it took a while for her to realize who it was but when she saw the bracelet she immediately knew who it was. "Jimin...", Soyun whispered and answered his hug by putting her arms around his back. "Please don't go...", he said and she could almost hear him sobbing. "I don't want to go...", Soyun said and buried her face in his sweater. Baekyun watched them by the gate and told them to hurry up. Soyun backed off a little but looked into Jimin's eyes. "We will meet again.", she said and tried to smile. Jimin nodded and smiled back. Soyun walked towards Baekhyun but looked back for the last time, Jimin waved his hand and Soyun waved back. That was the last she saw of Jimin. Maybe they wouldn't meet again.

"Please put on your seatbelts, the airplane is landing.", a voice said and Soyun did like she was told. The family walked out of the airplaine and met a wall of warmth. "It's really hot.", their mother said and put on her sunglasses. Maybe Soyun had put on the wrong clothes, her black harempants and her hoodie didn't seem to be a good choice in this country, what now? She had to wear shorts everyday? She sighed and looked up at the blue sky, it wasn't any clouds and the sky was light blue. They hired a car and began their way to their cousin, Taemin and his family. Taemin lived in Sydney in the middle of the town in an apartment, close to a grocery store. Taemin ran out and welcomed the family by giving them all hugs. "What's up with that face?", Taemin asked when he was about to hug Soyun. Instead of answering she hugged him and smiled a little. Taemin always made her smile, her cousin that moved from Korea to Australia, how could he do that? Taemin once told her that it was because of his one and only love who was from Australia, so he had to move after her becasue he loved her so much. Soyun shared room with Baekhyun and sat on the bed she was given. She unlocked her phone and saw that Nara just had sent her a photo. It was a selca of Nara and Jung Kook in her favorite cherry blossom park, they wished her a happy time in Australia and that she could come back soon. Soyun stared at the photo for a long time. It made her sad, she wanted to be there with them, take crazy selcas and end the day with a picnic. "Taemin said we were going to do some fun stuff tomorrow.", Baekhyun said, Soyun didn't say anything except shrugging her shoulders. "I understand you miss your friends but please try to feel at home here, okay?", Baekhyun said. Diva. Soyun always called him a diva, ever since the age of 2, she didn't really remember why.

One week passed away and Soyun still didn't get why she was there, she missed Seoul more and more everyday. Soyun woke up and noticed a pair of clothes on the chair besides her, she didn't recognize them, a blue shirt and black shorts. She sat up picked up them up. She saw a note under them, it said: "Please put this on, you're going to school today, XOXO mommie." , "XOXO...", Soyun mumbled and rolled her eyes, why did her mother try to be younger than she actually was. But why did she have to go to school? They moved to Australia to relax, right? She even thought she was going back to Korea after taking it easy a few weeks, probably her mother had other plans for her. Soyun walked downstairs with a determined face and the clothes in her hands, she adopted it was a school uniform. Her parents sat around the dining table together with Taemin and his girlfriend. "What is this?", Soyun exclaimed angrily and hold up her clothes in the light. "Oh sweetie, you are going to school today, hurry up and get changed.", her mother said and drank some of her coffee while holding the newspaper. "I thought we were here to just relax?", Soyun asked. "We decided to stay and then you can't be without school.", her father replied. Soyun still had a determined face and went back upstairs again. "I want to go back to Korea!", she screamed and slammed the door to her room. Baekhyun already had his school uniform on and stood in front of the mirror fixing his hair. Soyun changed to the school uniform, she didn't like it, it was ugly. Soyun wore a sloppy braid like she used to and put on one of her snapback caps. Baekhyun and Soyun walked down and pulled on their shoes. She put her feet in her favorite sneakers, a pair of black shiny adidas with small details of neon pink. She had them during the dance finals and they meant a lot to her. "Are you sure you are going to look like that?", Baekhyun asked and looked at her cap and sneakers. Soyun nodded and walked out. Together they tried to find the school and finally they made it, right in time. Soyun went to her classroom and her new teacher showed her in front of the class. She wasn't used to their looks, some of them were blonde and had blue eyes, she thought it was really pretty. The teacher asked her if she could tell them a litte bit about herself. "Well...my name is Soyun and I'm from South Korea. I love to dance and...these school uniforms are really ugly.", Soyun said and made the class laugh. "Hello Soyun, a rule we have here, please take off your cap.", the teacher said and pointed at her snapback cap. "Why? I like it this way." Soyun said and started to walk back in the classroom, finding an empty seat. She found one between a blonde girl and an asian girl. The blonde girl turned her head to her, "I hate the school uniforms too!", she whispered and giggled, the asian girl on her other side concurred. After the lesson the two girls asked Soyun if she wanted to be with them, Soyun nodded, whatever. The girls were really nice, the asian girl was named Mei Lu and was from China, the blonde girl was Stephanie, born and raised in Australia. "I really like your style!", Stephanie said and probably meant her cap and sneakers. Soyun thanked them and was happy someone took care of her. They finally made it to the lunch time and they walked in to the canteen, the food was a bit different from what Soyun was used to but she really liked it. A small girl group of three looked cocky at Soyun and her new friends. "This is our seat, move!", they said and stared at each of them. Stephanie and Mei were about to stand up but Soyun made a motion, showed them to sit still. Soyun stared at the girl she thought was the leader and walked to her. "What do you think you are doing, we sat here first, you should take another table.", Soyun said and crossed her arms. It was like a revenge after what happened back in Korea. The girls were shocked, "Uhm, who are you? You don't know who we are?", the leader asked. "I'm new here and I don't know who you are but I don't care, not at all actually.", Soyun said and sat down again. The girls rolled their eyes and walked away. Success.

6 months later Soyun sat under a tree in a park. "Come and sit in the sun!", Stephanie exclaimed and laughed at Soyun. "I don't want to be tanned Steph, you know it!", Soyun said and laughed back. She loved her new friends Steph and Mei but always thought back on her times in Korea, every night. Stephanie ran to her and stole her phone. "No! What are you doing?!", Soyun shouted but didn't want to leave her spot under the tree. "Oh this boy is cute, who is it?", Stephanie asked and went thrue Soyun's photos. "We have a girl here too, she is really cute!". Finally Mei and Steph brought the phone back to Soyun but begged her to go through the photos with them, they were curious about her life in Korea. "It's that boy again!", Stephanie exclaimed and pointed on the screen. Soyun laughed, "That's Jung Kook, he is my best friend and the cute girl there is also my best friend, her name is Nara.". Suddenly a photo of Jimin and Soyun appeared, it was a selca they took at the dance finals, before they went on the stage. They actually made it, they won, but Soyun couldn't say there to celebrate with them. "Who is that?", Mei asked. "His name is Jimin, we are dance partners or we were.", Soyun sighed and her body felt heavy. She hated to look at the photos of her friends, they made her sad, she still wanted to go back. "Is he your boyfriend or what?", Stephanie asked and friendly punched her arm. "No he isn't, why would he?", Soyun replied and her hands walked to the necklace she had around her neck, she wore it everyday. "He WAS your boyfriend?", Mei asked but Soyun just shook her head. "Atleast I can tell you really liked him.", Stephanie said and smiled. Maybe, but how, she didn't knew what she felt about Jimin, who was he?

It was late, Soyun told her parents that she was going to sleep. Baekhyun went to sleep too and when Soyun thought he slept she sat up in her bed and unlocked her phone, looked thrue the photos again. Why. Soyun sobbed and it soon turned to crying. She tried to be quiet but couldn't stop the tears. She admitted that she had new friends and sometimes were happy, but mostly of the time she cried, everytime she went to sleep. Already 6 months had passed and she still couldn't release her old life, her old friends that were miles away from her. She couldn't even call them, it was too expensive. Soyun kept crying for a long time and what she didn't knew was that Baekhyun was awake, he heard her crying every night and thought he had to do something. Quickly. The next day was a Saturday and Soyun stayed in her room for the whole day. She just stared out of the window, thought, remembered. Stephanie and Mei even called her, asking if she wanted to come over but she said she couldn't, that she was busy. That night Baekhyun went to bed later then Soyun. He stood outside the closed door and heard her sobbing inside. He couldn't stand her crying anymore. He walked downstairs and told everything about Soyun's sadness to his parents. "But, she seemed so happy! She even got new friends!", his mother replied to him. "That's just the outside of her, the inside screams help. She doesn't want to be here!", Baekhyun said and almost started crying himself. "Come hear for yourself.", Baekhyun said and walked quietly to her room with his mother following him closely. His mother put her ear on the door and heard Soyun crying, talking to herself. Then they heard a sound of something falling to the floor. Baekhyun quickly opened the door and saw how Soyun collapsed to the floor. Her mother ran to her, worried. "How is it sweetie?", she asked. "I'm okay.", Soyun replied, she stood up and walked towards her bed. Without saying something to her worried brother and mother she laid down in her bed, pulled up the blanket to her ears. She immediately closed her eyes and hid the tears. Baekhyun stopped his mother from going to Soyun. "Let her be. She needs to be alone.", Baekhyun said and pulled his mother out of the room.

The next morning Soyun was deadly tired, she couldn't sleep last night. It was Sunday and Soyun walked downstairs, made her some hot chocolate and the tv. She wore her red bathrobe. Baekhyun sat down besides her with a cup of coffee. No one said a word, they just stared at the tv. Soyun's parents came in and turned off the tv which turned the siblings gaze to them. "I saw you very sad yesterday Soyun and I'm worried that you will be worse.", their mother said and looked at Soyun. "Maybe I have a reason to be. Why wont you ever understand?", Soyun asked and teared up again. Her mother sighed, "We wonder why?". "Mom, you know excactly why she is sad, why she stays up all nights crying.", Baekhyun said and sat closer to Soyun. "We thought it would be better to move here! We didn't want you to be hurt again. Especially now when your body is better.", their father said. "I didn't want to move here from the beginning, I was happy there.", Soyun said. In Korea she was scared, but happy. "But that's why we have made a decision, we are moving back to Korea.", their mother said and smiled. Shocked by her mothers words she looked at Baekhyun who was smiling. "Really?! Finally after 6 months you have realized what I really wanted?", Soyun exclaimed, she didn't knew is she was going to be mad at her mother or happy because she could finally go back to Korea. To her friends. She missed them so much. Baekhyun and Soyun hugged their parents as a thank you and ran up to their room, to pack their bags. Before they went to the airport Soyun wanted to say goodbye to Stephanie and Mei. The girls were sad about leaving each other but Soyun was happy she could finally go back. Yes, she loved her new friends but really missed her old friends. It was hard to take farewell but finally she stood on the airport again, ready to go back, to Korea, her home.
