Extract from Zitao's diary- Kris Birthday special

Saturday morning, EXO M's dorm

Here is Huang Zitao. This is the first free weekend in ages. I'm bored. I think I'm going to persuade duizhang to take me to the mall.

Some minutes later...

Ha! C'mon, this is too easy! Buing buing is the perfect weapon! I told him I was going to take the wallet so he is styling his hair while waiting for me. Pfft! Of course I'm not taking the wallet with me!

Here is Huang Zitao again.

The mission to the mall was a complete success! He treated me to ice cream and bought me a necklace. Yeah. I love gege, really! Next time I'll defend him from Yixing's teasing (or maybe not).

Wednesday, late in the afternoon, during a break...

Gege is really great. I admire him a lot. Okay, I envy him too, because all the stares are always on him (am I ugly?). But he takes care of us like a good big brother. He consoled me when I fell during my wushu exhibition. He rescues us everytime we are shy during interviews. And he's always—always—thinking about us.

He's the best.

Thursday, early in the morning

WU YIFAN is my saviour! I saw a ghost (I NEARLY FAINTED OH SHISUS) while going to the toilet yesterday night. He shared his bed with me (did Jongdae notice?). How can I not love gege? Anyway duizhang is a cuddler: Jongdae's face when we woke up was a scream. He stared at us, limbs tangled together, for a whole minute. Poor Chen chen, we must have shocked him!

Friday, after practice

Yifan ge is staring into the thin air. He's clearly down. Manager hyung was really harsh with him for a mistake the whole group did. I want to be of some help: I want to lend him my shoulder. I want for him to speak with me about his troubles so I can tell him what a great leader he is. I know I'm a demanding person and it's hard to deal with me but gege never complained. Even if he did, he continued to treat me nicely, forgiving me for everything, even my selfishness. Gege, talk to me.

Saturday afternoon

I asked Yixing ge what could make Yifan happy. He said "skin products," but I don't know if he was trolling me or not (he probably was) because he was with Luhan ge and everybody knows that when those two are together things become dangerous. I decided to ask Minseok hyung (he's reliable!) He said that as long as I did it with my heart, everything would work. Well. Ok. But I don't have any ideas! I don't know why, but Jongdae hyung suggested me to treat gege to bubble tea.

"It works," he replied.

I arched my brow.

"For you to pay something for him... I think it would be enough of an event!"

I scoffed because I can get really offended. But it's really hard to get angry with Jongdae. Maybe it's his cat smile or the fact that I know he has the best of intentions. AnywayI have to admit he is right. So I decided to follow his suggestion.

Sunday evening...

I took gege to drink bubble tea and I paid.

He was a little surprised but didn't comment. He smiled widely.

I have to thank Jongdae! It worked!

Gege and I are best friends forever.

P.S.: maybe next time I can ask him to give lend me his new jacket. <3
