Chapter 3: It started with a shake hands...
Anything for YouCho Kyuhyun? I thought to myself.
I’ve known Cho Kyuhyun since 4th grade. It was the time when my parents decided to transfer residence. I was
the most affected one, since I do have already a lot of friends and transferring residence also means
transferring school.
I really hate the idea, but I have no choice.
My first day of class in my new school…
“Hey you! You’re new here right?” a not so friendly looking boy shouted while pointing at me as I went inside
the school gate.
“Y-yes” I said nervously.
The boy put his arm around me before saying “If you want to be safe, you need to give money”
“Why would I do that?” I shouted while pushing him away. In cases like this, my nervousness is usually
overpowered by anger.
“You want to be hit?” he said as he was approaching me with closed fist and a smirk.
It was too late for me to react when he already pulled out my shirt. He was about to hit me when…
“Kang-in! Leave him alone!” a skinny boy shouted with authority.
“Oh, your hero is here now, what will you do ha?” he implied while laughing.
“You!” the boy shouted then pushed the bigger boy.
I was amazed by the boy’s strength despite his size. It’s amazing how a skinny little kid knocked out a fat bully.
Before Kang-in can get back to his feet, the little boy acted as if he’s going to kick the bigger one.
“What? no!” he asked.
“Don’t! I’m sorry” Kang-in said as he stood up as fast as he could and run away from us.
“You okay?” the boy asked me.
“Y-yes thank you” I stuttered because I was mesmerized by boy’s beautiful eyes.
“You’re always welcome, by the way, I’m Cho Kyuhyun and you are Lee Sungmin right?” He said
“How did you know my name?”I asked with a startled face.
“I live next to your house” he said then shook my hands.
As we held hands, I don’t know why I felt some volts of electricity flowing through my veins.
From then on, I promised to myself there is nothing I wouldn’t do for this person…
