Kyuhyun’s POV

“Hello Wookie” I said as I heard Ryeowook’s voice in my phone.

“Yah! Kyu, why are you calling me? I told you never to bother me again” he shouted, but it doesn’t sound like he’s

angry.

“I-IknowIpromisenottobotheryouanymorebutsomething’sreallybotheringmeandIknowyou’retheonlyone

whocouldhelpme” I said without giving him a chance to speak.

“Ok, what is it Mr. Loverboy?” he asked chuckling.

“I had a dinner with Minnie---“ I didn’t finished my sentence because….

“What! Really! Woah! I can’t believe it would be that fast! Cho Kyuhyun, you’re really something!” he said or he

shouted rather.

“No, it’s not what you think.. W-we had a business dinner” I said trying to make it more pitiful.

“What? I-I thought--- anyways, what’s bothering you?” he said

“He doesn’t look like he’s affected with my presence, does that mean h-he’s over me” I said as my tears started

falling.

“Don’t be so negative Kyu, Sungmin loved you like a lifetime so I know it would be hard for him to forget. Maybe he’s

just pretending to be strong because he had no choice. I know he’s very professional, he never mixed personal

matters with business.” He said

I tried so hard to absorb Wookie’s words, but I can’t just stop my tears. I’m trying to convince myself that Wookie’s

right, but I’m so frightened with the thought of Minnie getting over me.

“Kyu, are you crying?” he asked me. I know he heard my sobs.

“I-I’m sorry, just don’t know what to do now” I said in between my sobs.

“Want help?” he offered.

“B-but I promised never to bother you a-again” I said. I honestly wanted some help, but I’m so ashamed. Wookie

witnessed how much pain I caused Minnie before and I know that aside from Minnie, Wookie was also hurt seeing

he’s bestfriend in pain.

“Forget it okay! You need to swallow some pride now Kyu. I’m not doing this for you, you know that I still hate you

right? I just wanted Minnie’s happiness. My friend had suffered enough.” He said

“Thank you Wookie and sorry again” I said still in tears

“Enough of that, I have a plan!” he said excitedly.
