Chapter 1: Bringing Back the Memories...
Anything for YouSUNGMIN’s POV
It’s a very beautiful Sunday morning, so I decided to stroll, eat lunch and snacks in the park.
I think I deserve a stress-free day after a very busy week.
I laid a blanket in the spot where I can freely see some children running around. I am convincing myself that I
am enjoying the view, the weather and my sandwiches, but after a while I finally realized and admitted that I’m
just fooling myself… that I’m truly not enjoying.
It only makes me think of the things that make me sad, but it’s far more better than staying at home because in a
public place like this, at least I’ll try hard to control my tears.
Memory truly behaves in a crazy way. They leave you alone when you are in a crowd, but when you are
alone; they stand around like a crowd.
It’s been almost four years now, but the memories of the past are still haunting me. It has been easy for me to
say “I’m over him”, but obviously I’m not.
I was in my deep thoughts when someone sat beside me. I didn’t bother ‘because I really am not interested
until…
“Nice weather plus a peaceful place plus a handsome guy… what a perfect day” the stranger spoke
It did catch my attention, so I turn my head to look at him. I can feel my eyes open wide and my hands shiver as
I recognize the man.
I really didn’t know what to do, I still wasn’t in myself when I stood up, picked up my picnic basket, rode my
bike away from the man…
The man I once loved.
