Jonghyun was shocked.

It wasn't that he wasn't accustomed to weird things happening with Onew and Minho being his friends, but he had never expected for a boy to be lying at his doorstep.

A boy.

Pale and lean, the creature lay on the doormat as if it was its place. Fluffy, snow-white cat ears twitched with each breath he took in his deep slumber as his thin, white tail was swishing in the air.

Jonghyun closed the door.

For a few moments, he just stared ahead.

His cheeks flushing a deep red, he thought about what he could do. Such stunning creatures never just appeared in front of one's apartment even if he tried to convince himself that it happened like that. Also, those ears reminded him eerily of Key. Even the boy's slightly muscled but still seemingly frail body did, along with his pale blonde hair that could be mistaken for white.

His skin, too, was fair, just like Snow White's had been in her story. Actually, excect for the hair, the boy curled up in front of his door reminded Jonghyun of said beauty. They were both stunning and perfect.

However, one was a cat and well, one wasn't.

And as odd as it sounded, for once the character of the fairytale wasn't the one who possessed feline traits.

It was thrilling, though, Jonghyun had to admit it. A gorgeous creature who was probably his friend's cat lying out there, in the cold, waiting to be saved.

And Jonghyun was going to be the prince, the knight in shining armor. He was going to sweep the damsel in distress of his feet, right into his awaiting, strong arms.

Well, at least that's how he suspected it to go.

There was a chance that everything would go wrong, but who was Jonghyun to predict the future? He was no fortune-teller, that was sure. Although, if he closed his eyes, he could see himself holding the unearthly creature in his arms...

But before all that though, he had to actually take the stunning boy in. Now, had the feline beauty not been , it would have been quite an easy task. However, he was and it made Jonghyun slightly uncomfortable. He couldn't just pick up a boy and drop him on the couch, could he? What if he woke up? What if Jonghyun's mind was playing a trick on him and he was just some homeless boy who was for some reason quite pretty
