Chapter 2
One ShotThe sound of machines filled my ears. My eyebrows twitched at the intruding sound in my dream but it wasn't until I heard a voice, that made me open my eyes.
As my eyes fluttered open, I stared at the fuzzy white ceiling of a room. "Hyemi?" A deep voice asked. Prying my eyes away from the ceiling, I looked at the blurry face of youngguk.
even though I couldn't see his face properly yet, I could still make out the lines of his worried face. I knew he would be angry at me for leaving the safety of the club house but if only he understood why I left in the first place.
"Park Hyemi" I flinched at his tone of voice. It was sturn, which meant he was really angry at me. Sighing I pushed myself into a sitting position.
I could feel the tightness of my leg from where I got shot but it didn't feel as though the bullet was there anymore. As my vision cleared I turned to look at Youngguk.
The playful side of him was gone and replaced with the leader side of him. "Why did you disobey my orders?" "That's my business" I said trying to make my voice as stern as possible.
