As I ran towards the cemetery, I prayed that what the man had told me was a lie. I wished that this was a bad dream and that I was going to wake up from it soon. As I ran through the gates, I headed towards the list of names on a massive board. As I scanned the list, I found grandmothers name at the bottom.

running to the number her grave was, I could feel with each step my body felt heavy. It felt as though someone was holding me down and not wanting me to go near the grave. Coming to the end of the lane, I found grandmothers grave. There were flowers planted around her stone, and a picture of grandmother smiling was enlarged for people to see.
