Siwon could hear Kyuhyun asking his manager through the call and decided to wait instead of telling his boyfriend.  He can totally see the shock expression on his baby's face and if Kay does his job, he'll be seeing it soon on his phone.

Kyuhyun couldn't deny the excitement and glee in Siwon's voice but he couldn't stand the idea of being film consistently.  And out of everyone, he thought Siwon would understand that more than anyone.  But this goof head of his.  Sighing loudly Kyuhyun wave his manager hyung away softly as he tries his best patient tone.     
 
=Siwon... I know we don't get to be with or see each other all the time.  But I can tell you, this is not gonna work=
