Kai's POV

I slowly made my way following her closely behind.. I really want to approach her but I don't 

know why I could not bring myself to face her.. After a while, I realised that she is making her 

way to the exit.. 

'Ottoke?? Should I follow or not??' 

As I was deciding, I caught a sight of Naeun and Taemin.. Unexpectedly, they turned and surprised 

to see me.. I brought my gaze towards their hands which holding each other.. When they 

realised at what I was staring, they immediately released their grip on each other hand.. 

"Oppa..it is not what you think.." Naeun calls out and trying to give a damn excuse.. 

Then, when I turned back to see Hyoyeon, she is no longer there.. Without I realised I was 

running towards the exit and searching for her.. 

"Oppa!! Oppa!! wait!!" Naeun screams for me.. but I ignored it.. 

I don't know why, as I saw her figure entering a car reduces my anxiety and happy a bit.. 

"Damn, I need to hear her explanation.." I ran to my car and quickly follow her car.. 

End of Kai's POV

Flashback 

It's graduation day.. Kai decided to confess his feelings towards Naeun.. And gratefully,

she accept it.. Kai is so happy about it because finally he could feel love.. After he send Naeun's

back home, he leisurely walking home with a smile.. Once he opens his house gate, he took 

a glance towards Hyoyeon's house.. 

'Something feels weird..' Kai thought as he saw Hyoyeon's house was dark which is an odd 

thing because their house would never be dark even though the whole family is out of town.. 

Kai decided to shrugged it off and enters his house.. 

"Kai, come here dear.." His mom called him from the living sofa.. 

Kai occupied the sofa next to his mother with a questioning look.. 

"Waeyo omma..??"Kai asks.. 

His mother does not speak a word, she just silently give him a letter and assured him to 

read it.. 

Annyeong, Kai.. It's been awhile for me to talk to you right.. Well, you already have 

a new girl friends which I'm sure one of them which is Naeun is your girlfriend now..

I just want to thank you because you are willing to be my friend.. I will keep our memories

in  my heart.. I hope you will too.. I just have one wish, I really hope you can make it true.. 

Even though, after this you will have a bless life with Naeun and will have new friends..

I just hope you will always remember me even though not as your friend and just

as be someone you have known before.. I have been loving you my bestfriend..

forever  and always.. And I forgive you for that night.. I know you will not remember it..

It will be really fine if you don't.. Send my regards to you family.. Goodbye my dearest friend

Kai could not hold his tears anymore.. but at the same time he was confused about the night

Hyoyeon was referring too... He could'nt believe his bestfriend left him..

When he stopped following Hyoyeon as they had reached to her house..

Kai reached out for the letter which he had been kept in a secret place in his car.. He decided to

face her..but as he wants to get out of the car, he saw another car arrived infront of Hyoyeon's 

house.. He was shocked when he saw Doojoon coming out of the car.. Kai does not know why 

he felt anger start to boils in him and maybe slight of jeleousy.. He does'nt seem to know 

what to do because at the time all his feelings are mixed up.. Then, he decided to drove away..
