Gone
Living with Gangsters
Sungjong refused to eat his food.
"Come on." Jongup sighed. "I don't have all day."
"I feel like I've been here for a year already." Sungjong croaked. "You guys said I would be free after two weeks."
Jongup was quiet. He held the spoon to Sungjong's mouth. In response, Sungjong pressed his lips together and turned away. Jongup began to open the bottle of water. "Maybe you should drink water first to quench your thirst-"
"LET ME GO!" Sungjong yelled as loud as he could.
"Yah!" Jongup rushed foward to shut Sungjong up. Sungjong tried to resist and twisted his body wildly. "I HATE THIS PLACE! LET ME GO!"
The door opened with a loud 'BANG', startling both Jongup and Sungjong and interrupting them in the middle of their wrestle.
"You had a choice to eat and stay alive. But you chose not to. That's too bad."
Himchan sauntered into the room, staring down at Sungjong. "One shouldn't be too soft-hearted." Himchan said, referring to Jongup. He then grabbed the bottle from Jongup's hand.
Sungjong was stunned as the cold water hit his face.
Himchan gave a smug smile. "Refreshed now?"
Sungjong shivered. He closed his eyes and let out a whimper, "Let me-"
The bottle was crushed by Himchan's hand. The water in it overflowed and spilled wastefully on the floor. "Don't make me laugh." Himchan then threw the crushed bottle on the floor.
"Who said we will let you go?"
Himchan began to walk off. "Don't give him meals anymore, Jongup. Let him starve to death for all we care." He turned back and saw that Jongup was still standing there.
A glare from Himchan was enough for Jongup to move. He followed after his hyung warily. "Arrasso."
Himchan placed his hand on the doorknob. "Don't worry, dear hostage. You will have a friend to accompany you during your last moment."
Sungjong was shocked. *Friend?*
Before he could say anything, he was plunged into darkness.
