Is EXO M'S TAO AND EMERALD'S SOOJIN DATING?

Early this morning, an anonymous send in a picture of Soojin from Emerald and Tao from EXO M.  The pictures showed Soojin and Tao at the amusement park.  Tao won a giant teddy bear for Soojin.  And both of them had matching necklaces.  Another picture showed them kissing at EXO's dorm at night.

So, are Soojin and Tao dating? It wasn't long ago when their first scandal came up.  We haven't heard from SM Entertainment about their statement on the matter.
