Tell us about your trainee years.

"To tell you the truth, my trainee years were different from the other girls in Emerald. My older brother, Kwon Ji Yong, AKA G-dragon from Big Bang, told me he was working at YG Entertainment. I audition to be around him as much as I can, but I quit six months after because of my studies. After that, BoA-sii saw me in a competition. She offered me to be a trainee at SM Entertainment. After that I did a commercial for Nike, choreographed 'Spy' and 'y, Free, and Single' for Super Junior, 'The chaser' for Infinite', and 'To You' for Teen Top. And I did a cameo on All My Love and City Hunter."

Lee Soo Man-sii asked me to dance in front of him when BoA-sii brought me to him. He immediately accepted me. He told me that I was the first to not a properly audition like everyone else."

What do you see in the future for you and Emerald?

"For me, I want to get much better on my rapping, dancing, and singing. Plus I was to be a known actress around South Korea. Um...for Emerald, I want us to be like out Seniors and be the Queens of KPOP."

Will you be different on stage from you being off stage?

"Absolutely not, I don't want to be fake. What I wear off stage will be on stage. I want my fans to see the real me. Not
