"You two are going to study in Japan for a while"

Empress Wu made her statement very clear to everyone in the present in the meeting room. Everybody doesn't seem surprised except for the children who happened to hear any of it for the first time.

"Mother" Yi Fan was the only one who broke the silence

"We had made a decision, it's not like we hid it from you but it's for the betterment of the two kingdoms. You two are going to live there long enough and Emperor Xi had already agreed to it" she continued.

"If we're going to live there, who will be accompanying us, mother?" Lu Han finally spoke

She shook her head "No one will be accompanying you and..."

Yi Fan raised his brow "and?"

"You're not going to live with Emperor Xi" She paused

"we have provided a house for you and you two will be the only occupants until then"
