Yabu’s POV

Yaotome-kun told me everything Akira-chan told him.

I tried to convince myself that Koharu-san had reasons to say that.

It didn’t come to my mind that I she really didn’t say that.

But my anger became worse when I arrived at the classroom.

I arrived at my seat seeing pictures of Koharu-chan and Keito-san.

How..How could she do this? I’ve just been out for how many weeks and she’s flirting already?

“What happened here?” I asked.

“Yabu-kun, Koharu-chan slapped me.” Freya-san said.

I can see his cheeks red.

Koharu-chan, what happened to you? Why did you change this easily?

“Daijobou desu ka?” I asked her.

“Hai. But it still hurts.” She said.

Then Koharu-chan arrived.

“How could you do all of this Koharu-chan?” I asked.

“Do what?” she answered

“Yaotome-kun told me the whole story. And now this?” I asked again. I’m really confused right now.

“I..I don’t know what you’re talking about..” she said and then tears fell from her eyes.

Don’t cry Koharu-chan. It’s your fault. Why are you doing this?

“Stop lying.” Yaotome-kun said.

“I’m not!” she shouted.

“I didn’t know you’d be like this. I didn’t know that you’d come to the point that you’re going to slap Freya-san.” I shouted. All the trust

you’re saying, you’re making it all dissolve now.

“I didn’t do that..” she said. I don’t want to hear any words from you Koharu-chan.

“I was just talking to you about the upcoming projects but you suddenly slapped me. You said it was for me stealing Yabu-kun from

you. Don’t lie Koharu-chan.” Freya-san said and then tears started to fall from her eyes too.

“What the hell are you talking about! You’re the one who slapped me!” Koharu-chan shouted.

 “And you think we’ll believe you? After all what Freya-san had done for you? For all the help she gave you? You’ll give her this?” I

asked.

I love you Koharu-chan. But what’s this? Keito-san, is he a lot better than me?

 “And what’s this pictures?” I added.

 “You’ve been flirting with another guy for the short time I wasn’t around?” I shouted. Anger exploded inside me.

“You’re completely brainwashed I. Of all people,*sob* Of all people. I least expected to hear it from you.*sob* And you’re the very first

person whom I expect to defend me. But you’re the very first one to blame me, to question me, and to hurt me.” I said.

Koharu-chan..

“Have you all heard my side? You’re all believing Freya-san instead of me even though she’s been our classmate for about 6 weeks?

I’ve been you’re classmate for more than whole year! And I think that’s long enough for you guys to know me well. You know I can’t do

something like that. You know it’s not my nature to hurt people. Akira-chan, Yaotome-kun, Yabu-kun” she paused then looked at me.

Koharu-chan I love you.. But I think you’ve done too much.

 “ And all of you. If you choose to believe her. I don’t care. Just please remember who I am. Remember me. The true me and not the

me from the words of Freya-san.”

Koharu’s POV

*sigh* 3 days passed and nothing changed.

And if you’re wondering where Yamada-kun is, he’s still here in the school but always about ¾ of his day is spent in reviewing for Quiz

Bee, practicing for Chess Competitions and preparing for the publishing of the school paper.

He’s very busy that he almost doesn’t go to class anymore.

I always stayed with Keito-san. Where else would I be?

But every time I’m with him, I always think of Yabu-kun.

He should be here instead of Keito-san right?

Yaotome-kun, Akira-chan, Why did you believe her?

Another school day. As much as I want to go to school early, the situation calls for me just to be absent for the whole day. So I just

went to school late.

I entered the room. Oh great. Yamada-kun is here already. And all eyes are on me. I don’t know why. Aren’t they used to the issue

already?

“Ohayou, Koharu-chan.” He said to me.

“Ohayou.” Teary-eyed, I replied. Thank God. I still have Yamada-kun.

He pointed to the board.

I looked at it and tears continued flowing from my eyes.

I looked at Keito-san and he smiled at me.
