After leaving the restaurant, I wasn't sure if I really wanted to go home and be depressed about what happened. So instead I went to a nearby café and sat there for most of the night. I couldn't help but think about this woman that came out of nowhere and ruined our date. Its all my fault, I shouldn't have seemed uninterested in him. But if he really did care about me, why didn't he stop me before I left? Am I not crazy enough for him? Am I not tall enough or skinny enough? 'Chlo, stop wasting your thoughts on him, its not worth your time.' I kept on thinking that just so I could convince myself to forget about him.

"Excuse me, but we're about to close in a few minutes and I'm afraid I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

I glanced at my watch and saw that it was already midnight. I nodded at the waitress and left. 'Gosh, I still have that stupid thing to go to tonight, if only I could decline.' Feeling alone and fatigued, as soon as I got home I slipped into my pyjamas and went straight to bed.

I woke up and immediately saw a figure laying next to me. I opened my eyes wider to see who it was.

"T, what are you doing here so early in the morning?"

"Early in the morning?? Early?? Hahahahaha, have you seen the time? Honey its 14:30pm!!" I wasn't really bothered about the time and I only need to be at the club by 20:30pm. "Really? Oh okay."

"What happened to you?"

"Nothing."

"So why on earth are there mascara stains everywhere on your pillow? What happened?" I wasn't in the right mood to talk about it but if I don't, Taka will annoy me until I tell her what's going on.

"Everything was fine until this model-look-alike walked to our table, she called him baby and told him she thought the two of them could go for drinks. So I just left and what's bugging me is, he didn't even stop me."

"Do you think that she was his girlfriend?"

"I think so, I mean why else would she call him baby?"

"Ugh Chlo! I'm really sorry! I'm going to be honest, for guys is you know and for us girls, we become emotionally attached. Get what I mean? At least he was decent enough to say sorry and took you out for dinner. I know what will make you feel better, let's go shopping and get you a new hairstyle for tonight!"

"Sorry T, I'm not really up for it."

"My dad sent me a credit card." She was now grinning, Taka with a credit card is danger.

"Okay fine, give me 20 minutes."

By the time I arrived home from the mall, I just wanted to throw myself on my couch and sleep. Unfortunately I couldn't, I had to get ready for this event tonight. I had a quick shower and started with my make up. 'Wow, I actually don't look bad with these bangs!' I said aloud. I fixed my hair and dashed out of the bathroom, stuffed my notepad and pen in my bag, locked up and left my apartment.

The club was filled with beautiful women, women who were willing to do anything and everything just to be with you but I wasn't interested, I just wanted to be home for a change. At home where I could be watching a movie on my comfortable sofa. I couldn't help but wonder what was Chloé doing right now. My mind was only filled with thoughts of her, and only her.

"How much longer before we leave?" I asked Gikwang impatiently.

"Just one more journalist to go, what's happening at your house that's so interesting? You've never been this eager to get home, ever!"

"Its nothing I'm just really tired tonight."

"Well at least you have tomorrow and Monday off."

"Hi, I'm Chloé from Roullette Magazine."

The bouncer looked at me, for some reason, bouncers always had this kind of scary feel to them.

"This way..." I followed him to the manager's office and he indicated to me to go inside. I went in and sat down on a chair right in front of the office table, waiting for further instructions. The door opened and a man walked to his table and sat down.

" Hi there, I'm Dongwoon, mmm so you are from?" I was a little distracted by his glasses, did he really wear glasses or was he just wearing them because its fashionable.

"Uh Roullette Magazine." I tried my best to sound as if I knew what I was doing.

"Oh yes, your boss called me in the week, okay so you are going to interview Big Bang. I will give you a bracelet and when you're ready to interview them, just show your bracelet to the bouncer at the VIP section and he will let you in. Oh and uh Chloé, before you leave just check into my office again, will you?"

"Sure." I smiled weakly. I put on the bracelet Dongwoon gave me and left to interview Big Bang first before I scout the rest of the club. The interview was somewhat boring and I know that seems ungrateful of me because many girls would probably die to be in my shoes but I just wasn't interested. After interviewing Big Bang, I scouted the rest of the club and went to the bar for a drink.

"Water please."

"Chloé can we talk?" Warm hand touched my shoulder and his voice very familiar. I turned around and saw Doojoon standing there.

"Why? There's nothing to talk about."

"Please." I looked in his eyes and I could see desperation and sadness.

"Okay fine, whatever." I followed him to the VIP lounge where he was sitting.

"Listen about last night, I want to apologise for what happened. The woman that interrupted our dinner is my ex girlfriend. I don't know how she found out where I was but I just want you to know that whatever you saw last night, wasn't real. I don't have feelings for her and I just hope that you could forgive me."

It was silent for a while, him apologising was such a gentleman gesture but I wasn't sure what was I going to say to that.

"Well she's clearly still in love with you so I think its best you two sort that out before anyone else gets involved." I tried to be as soft as I could while saying that.

"I'm not interrupting anything am I?" A man appearing from no where and sat next to Doojoon.

"Oh Chloé, this is my manager and one of my best friends, Gikwang." Doojoon said. I shook Gikwang's hand and it was silent for a while.

"Chloé, we're having lunch tomorrow at my sister's house, why don't you join us?" Gikwang asked me out of the blue.

"Uhm you know, I ca-"

"Join us, It'll be fun." Doojoon said before I could finish my sentence.

"Gikwang will pick you up at 11:00am sharp." For a while the three of us were kept busy by our conversation that went on for much longer than I anticipated. I looked at my watch and seen it was already 01:30am.

"Sorry guys I have to be leaving now and I still have to check in at the manager's office but I'll see you guys later. It was nice to meet you Gikwang." I smiled at his playful face. Doojoon took my hand and kissed it lightly. I could feel my spine tingle with delight.

"I'll see you tomorrow." He smiled.

I knocked on the door waiting for Dongwoon to allow me in.

"Come in." I heard.

"Chloé good to see you again, how was your night at Poison Ivy? Good I hope. Please, sit down."

"It was good, thanks."

"Good, would you like to join me for a drink?"

"Thanks but no thanks, I'm going somewhere later on with some friends and I have to be up really early." His face looked distraught. Feeling sorry for him, immediately added,

"maybe another time?"

"Oh that will be okay, I'll get your number from your boss." He said weakly. I felt bad for turning him down but I really needed to get home and rest for a bit.

"I look forward to reading your article next month." Sensing my urgency to leave, he offered to walk me out. Once we were outside he got me a cab and opened the door for me. "So I'll call you." I just stared at him and smiled, I wasn't sure what to do at that moment.

"Bye Chloé, I hope to see you soon." I just nodded at whatever he was saying. I was a bit dumbfounded at what he was saying to me.

"Yeah, I'll see you soon."
