Third Person P.O.V.

Careful not to get caught by T.O.P. (even though you doubted that he’d even notice anything except his beloved music), you made your way towards the bar. As soon as you sat down, you could see the bartender’s eyes gaze towards you inquiringly. You shifted underneath his gaze, unsure of what to do next. You felt someone sitting next to you and putting his arms in your shoulder. You didn’t even have to turn towards him to know who it is, the familiar cologne gave his identity away……Kai. The bartender started looking somewhere else as soon as he saw that you were with Kai. Even though he was your savior, you felt like you had to ask him this- “Kai? Why are you saving me? We’re supposed to be rivals.” Kai merely chuckled at your question and whispered in your ear, “Just because we’re chasing after the same guy doesn’t mean we can’t be friends, right? I can’t just let my burger be looked down upon by my staffs.” The way he called you his burger made you blush and to any onlooker, you two looked like a teenage couple crazily in love with each other. Not knowing what to say next, you let your eyes roam towards the dance floor. “Omo! Kai! The target is there!” You quietly pointed towards Luhan. Kai also turned to look at him and took out his hands from your shoulder. Luhan was dancing with his friends and Tao was also next to him. “Hey burger, you think we should find out their names?” Kai whispered to you. You silently nodded your head as you watched a girl going up to Luhan and holding onto his arms. Luhan looked like he was annoyed and, politely, tried to shrug the girl’s hand off his. But, the girl just didn’t get his message and started getting all touchy with him. Luhan, obviously, was feeling uncomfortable and you saw him talk to the girl with an apologetic expression in his face. The girl started to do aegyo but Luhan didn’t give in to her. Finally, she stomped her foot and walked away sulking. “________, it’s time for me to find out the girl’s name. Watch and learn.” Kai muttered in your ear and walked towards the girl. The girl was sitting in a chair at the bar. You got curious as to what he would do and started shadowing him. You pretended like you were getting a drink and casually leaned against the counter. You didn’t get such a good view of Kai’s face so you moved around to find an appropriate location where you could hear their co
