Author POV:

The drizzle soon grew heavier and started pouring in buckets.

All of EXO went to bed including Mei Hua.

Around midnight, thunder rolled and lightning flashed.

Mei Hua POV:

I couldn't sleep with the rain pounding against the window.

I tossed and turned in my bed.

Suddenly thunder clashed, and lightning soon followed.

I jumped and grasped Totoro.

I brought along the blanket and silently walked down the steps, when more thunder sounded.

I jumped and tripped down the last few steps.

I gasped and looked at my knee.

It was bleeding.

I limped towards the couch, wrapped the blanket around me, and hugged Totoro while crying.

Nai Nai, Ye Ye, wo shiang ni men. (Grandma, Grandpa, I miss you guys)

Luhan POV:

Achh, stupid weather, it's keeping me awake.

Maybe some warm milk.

I walk down the stairs and into the kitchen.

I pour some milk and microwave it.

When it finishes, I set it down on the counter to let it cool.

I wait and listen to the pitter patter of the rain, when I hear a different sound.

It sounds, like..... crying.

I look around and saw a mysterious lump on the couch.

I walk toward it, and saw it emitting the crying.

I walk around the couch to see a plushie smiling back at me.

I observe the mysterious lump and see blood trailing down a 'leg'.

I lift the blanket slowly, and see a puffy eyed Mei Hua.

"Nai Nai, Ye Ye...", she sniffed.

Nai Nai? YeYe?

I sat next to her, when thunder sounded.

Mei Hua's grip around the toy tightened, and the sobbing grew louder.

"Make it stop.....Someone save them.....Can't someone save them?" she whispered.

I put my hand on her shoulder, and she looked at me.

"Make it stop, I don't like the thunder. It took Nai Nai, Ye Ye, far away, where I'd never see them again. Please stop the thunder and lightning..."

Geez Chen, you're upsetting Mei Hua. (A/N: Get it?)

"I can't stop the thunder, but I can help you forget it", I said attempting to comfort.
