DARA POV

"Miss Dara, YG Entertainment released an official statement regarding the dating issue between you and.. he stopped when he realized he was about to say a certain name. I look at him, telling him to continue.

"Ehem, the dating issue between you and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named. YG Entertainment denied all the issues and released a statement that both of you are friends, which was developed from the music video filming" he reported.

I laughed. Dony gave me a questioning look.

"I didn't know I had a dating issue with Harry Potter aka He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named" I said to him. I can't stop laughing from the name he gave Jiyong. 

"Don, it's really fine if you mention his name. I've got no issues about that" I said to him while forcing myself to stop laughing. 

"You know I don't say nasty things, Miss" he said while keeping a straight face. That made me laughed more.

"Okay. Thanks for the laugh Don, I need that. Anyway, it's agood thing they act fast because if they don't I'm not sure if I can protect them from Sanghyun" I said.

"Mr. Sanghyun cares for you a lot Miss, and to your sisters as well. You may be older than him but he acts the opposite" he said.

"I know. That's why I'm doing my best to protect Jiyong from him"

"If I may ask Miss, why do you care so much about that... him? He hurt you" he said. I smiled when he was about to say Jiyong's name. Dony is really something.

"Because I like him. A lot" I said.

"Then, why are you avoiding him? Honestly Miss, I'm starting to get annoyed. He sent me messages every hour thinking that it's your phone and not mine, he said you are just lying that this number is from your security. Not to mention, he calls every morning and at 2am!" he complained like a toddler. 

"Hahahaha really? You should've answered his calls, Dony" I said in between laughs.

"I did and he will always asked me if I'm still guarding you at 2am! Is he crazy or something?" he said with all those animatic moves.

"Ghadd stop! I can't stop laughing. Well, that was the reason why I avoid him. He's very thoughtful and caring Don, if I continue talking to him, I might fall for him even harder. And you know me, when I want something, I get" I said to him.

"Then, what's the problem? Get whatever you want, miss" he said.

"That guy has a girlfriend!" 

"And your point is?" 

"He has a girlfriend and I saw how he looked at her, how happy he is. You were there Don, you saw the sparkle in his eyes when he introduced Kiko to me" I said to him. My eyes are starting to get misty again.

"No I didn't" he said.

"What do you mean, you didn't? You were there!"

"Yes. I was there but I never saw the sparkle you are talking about" he said.

"Ugh! Either you're blind or you're too densed" I said to him.

"If you want to be with him, go ahead Miss. You are way more beautiful and natural than that girl. Besides, no one can stop Miss Sandara Park even your brother"

"You know what happens next if I give in into my feelings. I don't want another Minzy to take her life because of me" my tears are starting to drop one by one.

"It's not your fault. She committed suicide, Miss Dara" 

"But, I was the one who pushed her to do that!" I was screaming now.

"No Miss, you didn't. It's not your fault that Mr. Kim liked you instead of her. And it's not your fault either that she's too insecure. She wanted to be you, she wanted to live your life but she can't because she's not you. I know it's wrong to say this because she's dead but do you remember why she decided to make friends with you?" he asked.

flashback.... 

"Hi Dara! I baked some cookies and I thought maybe you'd like some?" 

I looked at the person who gave me cookies, it was Gong Minzy. We belong to the same class but we're not that close because she's super shy and she doesn't talk much. She's our class resident geek. I don't know why she kept on giving me some goodies but I really appreciate it. Hey! Even if I'm mean, I appreciate free food.

"Thanks Minzy! I'll eat this later together with Bom and Jaejoong" I said. 

She turned red after I said Jaejoong's name. Which gave me an idea.

"Why don't you eat with us later?" I said.

"I'm sorry Dara but I have my lunch with me, I can't eat with you in a restaurant" she said.

"Minzy, we don't eat at restaurants during lunch. We eat in our house or in Jaejoong's house" I said.

"I thought you eat in fancy restaurants" she said.

"Of course not! We don't have that much money for us to eat out every lunch" because we saved it for weekends. Saturday is shopping day!

"So, are you going with us?" I said.

She hesitated for a second but she said she can't because Luna and Amber, her friends are going to eat with her.

"Okay, but if you change your mind, just tell me, arasso?" then I smiled at her. 

"Okay" then she went back to her seat.

My friend Honey poked me and asked what happened. 

"Nothing, she just gave me this cookies that she baked and because I'm thankful to her, I invited her to eat with us which she declined because her friends will eat with her but I know she''s just shy" I answered.

"True. For a great dancer like her, she's really shy. However, once she's on the dancefloor, her shyness just vanished then it she becomes shy again when she's not dancing" Honey said.

"I wanna help her. I want her to be confident. She's a good person" I said. I saw her eyebrow rose.

"What? I mean it." I told her.

"Well, she has to help herself first" 

"Yeah, too bad she can't come" I said.

After the class, Honey, Dony( yes, my bodyguard), Bo Gum, my cousin and I went to the parking area to meet Bom, Deukie (Bom's bodyguard) and Jaejoong. Dony and Deukie are twins. I think it's cute that me and my twin sister are guarded by twin brothers. Kkkkkk

While we are walking in the corridor, I saw Minzy alone, standing as if she's waiting for someone. When she saw me, she went near me and smiled shyly.

"Dara, I ditched my friends because I want to go with you guys" she said.

I was shocked because of what she said.

"Minzy, I'm happy you can go with us but you don't have to cancel your plans with your friends, we can eat some other time" I said.

"It's okay. I already told them I'm going with you" she said.

I saw her friends at the bench not too far away, they're looking at us.

"Have you changed your mind Dara? Maybe, you didn't really mean to invite me earlier' she said.

"No no no no, I meant it. It's just that.. you know what? Nevermind, if you wanna eat with us then it's fine" I said.

Honey and Bo Gum raised their eyebrows at me. Asking me if I was serious. I answered them by raising my eyebrow also. Then, they shook their heads.

Bom and Jaejoong are surprised to see Minzy with us but they never asked anyway. She ate with us from that day.

Minzy became part of our group, we even call her Queenzy. I can tell that she's happy to be with us. We became friends after that, we were inseperable during freshmen up to our junior years. However, she started to change. 

She's starting to dress up. I mean it's totally fine but in school? Our school is an International School so therefore, we have a uniform. She refuses to wear our uniform properly, either she customizes it or she reasons that her uniform is still in the laundry. It is obviously a lie. There were also times that she wears her uniform but it's either the skirt is too short or her blouse is too fit. I adviced her to wear it properly because she might get suspended because of that but she didn't listened to me. She was suspended.

When I won in an Inter-School Competition in Math and Science for International Schools in South Korea, I became more popular. I hold the title Queen D because of my looks and intelligence and of course for being cool, sassy and mean. I just laughed about it but Minzy took it seriously, she said she should've been in my position if she weren't in suspension. I thought she was joking so I let her do what she wants to do. She was more important than any competition anyway because she's my friend.

I was elected as the President of the Student Body and Jaejoong was one of my Vice Presidents. We were so busy in the student body so sometimes I couldn't go with our lunch dates with the gang and so did Jaejoong. One time, she went to the office and cursed at me for being a brat. She called me a brat because Honey, Bo Gum and Jaejoong doesn't want to have lunch with her. She's blaming me for that! So I told her that I don't have any idea about that and told her instead she could go lunch with the officers but she said "No thanks, I don't do lunch with a bunch of losers like you" then she left. I was shocked at her behavior and of course, embarassed. News fly and that reached Bom's ears, she said she had enough of Minzy and that she must be thrown out in our group but I defended her, I said let's give her another chance, she might be in a difficult time right now. They agreed but if she messes up again, then sorry.

Months after that, me and the officers organized a ball for the upcoming Spring Break and that was the time Jaejoong and I became a couple. We gathered our friends one day during lunch and told them that we are dating. Everyone is happy except for Minzy. She started crying and cursing at me. We were so shocked at her, what is happening to her? After that, she never talked to us anymore. A week after that, she started to change again. Bom said Minzy is copying me. From the way I talk, to the way I walk, from the way I laugh, the way I dress, the way I do my hair and even the way I smell. She's also seducing Jaejoong right in front of me! Telling him that he's better off without me and date her instead. Gosh!

On the day of the ball...

Everyone's enjoying the party especially that we have raffle tickets. Grand prize is a trip to Jeju Island. When it's time to pick the King and Queen of the Night, everyone's so excited. I was happy also since the ball turned out successful. I was smiling the whole time. Jaejoong was the King of the Night, when he went up to the stage he smiled at me. Bom whispered "Don't miss him too much, you're going to join him there, soon". I laughed. 

"The Queen of the Night... our principal opened the envelope and smiled. "What a suprise! .... The Queen of the Night is none other than...

Everybody was looking at me, smiling.

"The Queen of the Night is Gong MInzy!!!!" she announced.

Everyone fell in a deep silence. I noticed that everyone is looking at me, so I clapped my hands even I'm still shocked. Minzy went up to the stage smiling widely, as soon as the crown was settled in her head, she faced Jaejoong who is soooo awkward standing beside her and kiss him. Jaejoong was shocked. Everyone is shocked. I am shocked.

"Dara" Minzy called my attention using the microphone.

"I just want to let you know he's mine" she added.

"No, I'm not" Jaejoong protested. He went down from the stage and went to me. 

"But Jae, I love you. I love you from the very first time I laid my eyes on you. I've loved you since you help me pick up the costumes I was bringing, I've loved you since the day you smiled at me. We could have a chance but that bich ruined everything! I thought you liked her because of the way she handles herself or the way she dresses or laugh, I thought you would love me back if I will be like her but you didn't!" she shouted. 

"Minzy, I didn't know. If I had known, I would have avoided Jaejoong and forget my feelings for him. I'm sorry" I said to her. I was crying now. 

"Liar! You always get what you want Dara! You have everything! You always wanted to be in the spotlight, to be the center of everything. You're Queen D! A bich but with a letter D. You have everything! You've got the perfect family, the money, the fame, friends but do you know what I envy you? Because even if you're a bich, everyone's still worshipping you! You befriended me so that everyone would think that you don't choose your friends, everyone would think that you're an angel, well guess what, I don't!"

"I only approached you because I wanted to be close to Jaejoong, nothing more." she said. 

"Minzy.."

Minzy started crying, I feel sorry for her. The friendship I gave her is real. Even if she has drug issues, I accepted her. Yes. She was using "rock", I don't know where she get that. She was rehabilitated twice already because she kept on going back in using it. I hide it from our friends because she doesn't wanted to be judged and so I did. Minzy fainted from too much crying. I had Dony carry her and put her in the clinic.

I called her father and told him what happened. After 15 minutes, he arrived. Minzy's father kept on saying sorry to me, he even bowed to me. I told him that it was okay and he must bring Minzy back home. 

After a year, we never heard about Minzy anymore. Their neighbors said that they moved out already.

One day, I was in my room checking out my clothes for me to wear for Jisoo's birthday when I received a call from an unknown number.

"Hello? Who is this?" I said.

"Dara" the woman on the other line said.

"Who's this?" I asked her again.

"Dara, this is me Minzy. I called just to apologize for everything. I'm really sorry" she cried.

"Minzy, I already forgiven you. I know you don't mean it. However, if you don't, you know you're dealing with a first class bich" 

"Thank you Dara, you're really a friend. I also called to say goodbye, we will leaving Seoul to start anew. Again, thank you for everything. Bye, Dara" then she hung up.

The next day, Minzy was in the headlines. She's already dead. She hang herself.

End of flashback.

"It doesn't matter Dony, I already forgive her. She's dead and may she rest in peace." 

"Yes, but have you forgiven yourself Miss Dara?" he said.

"Frankly, yes. But that doesn't mean, I haven't learned my lesson" I said.

"Lesson?"  he asked.

"That biches like me doesn't deserve to be happy" I said.

"Now, please tell Jjangmae to send YG Entertainment Jeju Park Hotel vouchers as a sign of our gratitude" I ordered him.

"Right away, Miss"
