Tiffany’s POV

“I’m number 2.” Everyone gasped in surprise. Is this really happening? 

“Oh Kwon Yuri! You have to give Fany-ah a kiss on the cheek and vice versa!” Sunny smiled deviously. I rolled my eyes at her. It’s just Yuri anyway, we’ve known each other for quite some time and it’s just a kiss on the cheek. Nothing big.

I went over to Yuri and sat next to him. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by it either, so I smiled. After all, it’s just a thing between friends right? Before I was about to kiss Yuri on the cheek, I scanned the room—mainly looking for Taeyeon. I wonder if he’s fine with this…Woah! I shouldn’t think about that! I shook my head to get rid of that thought…But I couldn’t help but look for Taeyeon’s expression. 

Taeyeon was sitting next to Jessica across the room. Taeyeon was glaring at Yuri and Jessica was staring blankly at us. Is Taeyeon irritated by this scene? It’s a simple peck on the cheek and he knows that Yuri and I are just best friends… 

I turned my attention back to Yuri who was looking at Jessica. I whispered in his ear, “You wish it was Jessica that was here besides me huh?” I smirked.

He whipped his head towards me and blushed madly. “S-Shut up! Let’s just get this over with!” Yuri shyly said and turned his head in an angle so that I can do the King’s order.

As I was about to give Yuri a kiss on the cheek, I glanced over to Taeyeon a last time and his hands formed into fists. He gripped the sides of the chair while glaring at Yuri, who was completely oblivious to Taeyeon’s glare. He should understand that this is just a game…Aigoo Taeyeon please understand!

I inched closer to Yuri’s face; we were about a few centimeters apart. I puckered up my lips and closed my eyes. I went closer and pecked something warm; it didn’t feel like a face, it felt like the back part of a hand. Everyone gasped in shock and some were snickering. 

I opened my eyes and I see Taeyeon standing right behind us. His hand was in between my lips and Yuri’s cheek, so does that mean I kissed Taeyeon’s hand…? I moved away to see if my assumption was correct. There was a moist, kiss mark on the back of Taeyeon’s hand. My eyes widened. How did he get here so fast? He was on the other side of the room…He’s really fast. 

Yuri’s eyes were in shock as well. His eyes were wide open and his mouth was agape. He was staring at the man who was in between the two of us. Taeyeon was staring at his hand that’s in the air then turned to Yuri, “Don’t get your hopes up too high…” He said loud enough only Yuri and I could hear.

I examined him; he was giving off a different sort of aura. This shouldn’t have bothered him, was he really that disturbed from me kissing Yuri? I thought that he would understand. But still…I’m a little glad that he stopped the moment.

His expression turned from dark to light as his frown formed into a dorky smile, “Ah! Sorry for ruining the moment! It was just a reflex haha. I really don’t know what got into me actually.” He admitted and rubbed the back of his neck.

“T-That was amazing Taeyeon! How did you move so fast?!” Yoona yelled in amazement.

“I had some training I guess?” Taeyeon responded. He smiled proudly and went over to his seat.

Everyone else also had their mouths open and shocked expressions except Sunny who was laughing her off. I’m guessing she was enjoying all of this…Sooyoung had a mouth full of chips but the bag was on the floor. He probably dropped it in the process. It was an amusing sight though.

Jessica looked relieved on the other hand. It was weird to see her express something like that. I thought she would be upset that Taeyeon left her side to prevent the kiss…I guess I was wrong.

“Alright, since Taeyeon interrupted the first order might as well redraw and start a new one!” Sunny announced. Everyone broke out of their gaze and agreed to what she said. Taeyeon let out of relief as he was let off the hook. I went back to my seat, which was beside Taeyeon. 

Taeyeon turned to look at me and gave me a small smile. I had this urge to ask him why he did that. I decided to ask him anyway, “Why did you do that?” I whispered to him. 

“I couldn’t stand it. Please understand.” He said shortly then pinched my cheeks. He did that on purpose so that it would lift the mood. I admit it worked. His teasing made me laugh along with him. He always had this playful atmosphere, it’s impossible to get mad at him. 

“Okay, I shuffled the cards.” Sooyoung announced. We all picked a card and again I didn’t end up with King. I was really looking forward to getting King too… 

“Who’s King?” Seohyun asked. 

“I am!” Sooyoung exclaimed. 

“Hmm…so it’s gotta be more extreme than the last order huh?” Sooyoung was in thinking mode. We were all patiently waiting, anticipating what the next order was.

“Number 1 and 4 has to share an Eskimo kiss!” Sooyoung said excitedly. 

Everyone cooed in excitement. My number wasn’t called, so I didn’t have to do that order. I sighed in relief. I looked over to Taeyeon, he also sighed in relief as well for his number wasn’t called either.

“Who’s Number 1 and 4?” Seohyun asked. Okay, so she’s not 1 or 4. We looked around the room, waiting for them to reveal their identities. 

“I’m number 1.” Jessica said finally. 

“OH! I’m number 4!” Yoona yelled. 

The room went silent all of a sudden. This is an awfully weird couple. I looked over to Yuri who looked like the world was about to end. His eyes were hollow and his face was pale. I felt sorry for him. 

“Yoong!” Seohyun complained. 

“It’s okay Hyunnie! It’s just a game remember?” He reassured his girlfriend. Seohyun understood and nodded. She gave him a smile which made Yoona smile brighter. 

Jessica on the other hand was expressionless. I couldn’t really tell what she was thinking about this situation. I saw Taeyeon nudge her while smirking receiving a punch in the arm. 

“Ow! Sica! It’s just a game remember?” He said while rubbing his arm. 

“Whatever.” She said coldly and stayed in her position. 

Taeyeon looked worriedly at Yuri who was frozen in his spot. Yuri isn’t the type to let his feelings control his body unlike Taeyeon based off my observations. I was also worried for Yuri. He was rigid in his seat, the lack of emotion he was displaying only worried me further. Then, I noticed his eye twitch a bit, he seemed to restraining himself. But he and Yoona are best friends and Yoona knows that Yuri likes Jessica right? So Yuri shouldn’t worry too much.

Yoona approached Jessica and smirked. He sat down in front of her and smiled brightly. Was he trying to tease Yuri? 

“Contact with the Ice Princess? How lucky I am!” Yoona said loudly so that everyone in the room could hear. 

“…Hurry up; I wanna get this over with so I can get King. Then I can make you do something horrible, Im Yoona.” She said coldly while glaring at him. Jessica’s arms were folded and her legs were crossed. Just her whole posture was intimidating accompanied with fierce eyes. 

“Yikes! I feel like I just died a little inside.” Yoona said jokingly. 

He went closer to Jessica’s face, placing his hands on the arms of Jessica’s seat. Carefully, Yoona inched closer and closer, lessening the distance between them as the ice princess refused to budge. Finally, he put their noses together. It was a cute sight actually. Usually when sharing an Eskimo kiss, they both have to rub against each other’s noses at the same time; however, the only one moving was Yoona. Jessica stayed in place; she didn’t seem to be bothered by it either. She just continued to stare indifferently at Yoona. The latter was just laughing along while moving by himself. 

“C’mon Jessica, you’re doing it wrong! You have to move with him too!” Sooyoung said.

Jessica sighed and moved a little side to side. Both were now swaying their heads in synch as their noses brushed against each other continuously. Jessica’s long locks of hair occasionally touched the sides of Yoona’s face, caressing his cheeks. It seemed to tickle Yoona a bit because he started to laugh louder and louder as it escalated into his infamous alligator laugh. Now it looked like a legit Eskimo kiss. It was really cute though. I bet Yuri is furious now…I looked over to Yuri whose head was down and his fists were tight. He must really be devastated to experience a scene as this. I hope things get better for him. 

A few seconds passed and the Eskimo kiss ended. Yoona was smiling brightly while Jessica was scowling. 

“I can’t believe you made me do that.” She said coldly while glaring at Sooyoung. 

Sooyoung waved his hands, “I-I didn’t know that you were gonna get picked Jessica! Really!” 

“Hmph.” She said shortly. 

“A-Anyways, I shuffled the cards! Let’s see who gets King this time!” Sooyoung stated. 

I picked the card on the far end and looked at it. Number 5. Aigoo! When will I get King! This game’s only fun when you’re King…I pouted. 

“I’m King.” 

Everyone’s eyes widened at the sudden turn of events. 

Jessica was the King and now she is planning revenge against Sooyoung and Yoona. How is she going to make them do something if she doesn’t know their numbers though? 

“Yah. Choi Sooyoung, Im Yoona!” She yelled. Is this the Sergeant Sica that Taeyeon warned me about? 

“Y-YES?!” They said in unison. 

“State your numbers.” She smirked and glared at them. 

“I-I’m n-number 8.” Sooyoung stuttered.

“…N-Number 4…” Yoona said nervously. 

“Thanks.” She smiled evilly and plotted something against them. 

Everyone was silent, waiting for the punishment Jessica was going to give. Yuri was grinning though, he must be happy that his best friends are going to suffer from something cruel…Really Yuri… 

“I want the both of you to be my slaves for one whole week. Whatever I say you must follow it. And if you protest, then you won’t wake up tomorrow.” She said darkly. Her smirk increased as her eyes narrowed in on both Sooyoung and Yoona. 

“W-What?!” They both said. “Is she allowed to do that?!” Sooyoung asked Sunny who was laughing uncontrollably. 

“Hyunnie! Save me!” Yoona was begging Seohyun. She shook her head, rejecting his pleas; she must probably still feel upset about the Eskimo kiss. 

Sooyoung and Yoona then turned to Hyoyeon who was also laughing uncontrollably. “Hyoyeon! You’re our pal right?! She can’t do that right?!” Sooyoung begged. 

“Sorry, the King’s words are ABSOLUTE. You have to do what they say.” Hyoyeon informed then continued to laugh. 

Sooyoung and Yoona looked devastated. I couldn’t help but laugh. It was really funny to see them in that state. I guess that’s what they get for getting Jessica involved…even though it was just a game. 

“You can’t do anything. As Hyoyeon said, the King’s word is absolute.” Jessica smirked. 

They looked hopefully at Taeyeon and I. They were on their knees begging for a way out of this mess. I really didn’t know what to say. I responded by shrugging my shoulders at them. They looked at Taeyeon who had no idea how to respond. “W-Well, knowing her, she won’t make you guys do anything that bad so that should ease you up a bit right?” Taeyeon said hoping that that would relieve them a bit. 

They let out a sign of relief and gave in to Jessica’s abrupt request. 

“Alright Miss Ice Princess. Whatever you say.” Yoona said while looking down. 

“Please don’t make me do things that’ll ruin my hair!” Sooyoung pleaded. 

“Expect it.” Jessica said shortly then let out a laugh.

Sooyoung and Yoona gulped then went back to their seats. Sunny was still laughing and Seohyun was silent, but a small smile was seen on her face. 

A few hours passed by and we were all having a great time playing King’s Game…Hyoyeon had to give Jessica a and it was very awkward! Seohyun had to piggyback ride Sooyoung. Surprisingly she was strong and carried him without a sweat! Sunny and Yoona had to do something extreme in which I am not going to say…

It was getting late but we decided to do one more draw…

“I shuffled the cards this time.” Hyoyeon said, redirecting all of our attention to the game. 

He spread them across the table and everyone chose their card. I was praying that I would get King but I ended with another number instead…Why am I not getting King?! This whole time I never had King once…

I felt Taeyeon lean onto me which caught me off guard. “T-Taeyeon? W-What are you doing?” 

“I wanna see what number you got.” He said quietly. 

“O-Oh. I-I’m number 7.” 

“Hmm…is that so?” He smirked. 

“W-Why?” 

“Cuz I’m—” Taeyeon was interrupted by Hyoyeon. 

“Who’s King?” He yelled out. 

We looked around to see who the King was. I looked at Taeyeon who was smirking. What the?! 

“Hey Sunny, can the chosen number do an order TO the King?” Taeyeon said while emphasizing the “to.” Why is he asking that kind of question?! Don’t tell me…

 “Yeah they can. Why? Got something in mind?” Sunny said while smiling deviously at him. He smirked back at her and nodded. 

“Great! Well I’m the King!” Taeyeon announced which caused everyone to gasp. Oh crap…I told him my number too!!

“Welllll…” He looked at me then smirked. He wouldn’t make me do something so extreme would he? “I want number 7 to give me a kiss…” He said while smiling widely. My eyes widened at his order. No way! In front of everyone! No no no no no! I can’t…! 

“You already know who number 7 is or something? Is that why you’re asking for a kiss?” Yuri said all of a sudden who was boosting up Taeyeon’s ego. 

“A kiss? Where?” Jessica asked suddenly. Her arms were crossed over her chest and she was glaring at him. I was curious too…I wasn’t ready for this to happen! 

Taeyeon looked at Jessica then back at me. I can tell my face was pale. I was anticipating his response. Please not the lips, not the lips! 

“Just on the cheek.” Taeyeon said with a hint of sadness. Did he understand what I was going through? 

“Oh that’s it? I thought it had to be more intense than the last one.” Jessica said knowingly. I was mentally cursing her in my mind. No! Jessica! No! I can’t resort to doing things as far as kissing with anybody! I’m not capable with it! 

“I’m pretty sure the person I chose wouldn’t want to go that far. So just on the cheek would be fine.” He said with sadness but worry in his tone. 

He knew I wasn’t capable of doing something daring so suddenly. He understood me and took my feelings in consideration…Taeyeon…I felt my heartbeat faster again and my body became warm. I’m starting to get this feeling again. Why do I always feel this when I’m with Taeyeon…? This is the first time that I’ve ever had this feeling…Am I starting to…fall for him? 

…No no! Of course not. It’s probably just infatuation. Yeah, yeah. Infatuation! He’s just being nice to me on purpose… 

“Ah being a gentleman now huh?” Hyoyeon . I snapped out of my thoughts. 

“Heh whatever.” He replied.

“Kay, number 7! Go and fulfill the King’s request!” Sunny said excitedly, she then gave me a wink. I bet everyone already knows that I’m number 7…I sighed.

I went closer to Taeyeon and he was smiling like an idiot. I was blushing like madly. If it’s with Yuri then it’s fine but with Taeyeon…it’s different.

He turned his face so that his cheek was facing towards me. It’s a simple peck on the cheek, so I shouldn’t be feeling so shy!

“C’mon Tiffany do it!” Yuri cheered me on. I went closer to Taeyeon’s face and was a few centimeters away from his cheek. I can feel more heat rise in my cheeks. I slowly closed my eyes and went closer. I felt the sensitive touch of his skin brush against my lips. I pushed a little bit more and fully planted a kiss upon his cheek. His touch was hot against my lips. My heart was beating rapidly as if it was about to burst out of my chest.

I backed up to see his reaction. His face was blank but red was all over his face. Slowly, he bent his head, possibly to hide the excessive blush. But still, I could see the slight grin turning the corners of his lips. Just then, he shifted his eyes to meet mine. Everyone in the room went “Awwwwww~” as our little moment happened. I blushed even more. It was really embarrassing! I turned my head away from Taeyeon’s gaze and lowered my head.

Aigoo…everyone saw that moment! I wonder what they’re going to think now…My face was still red and my heart was still beating rapidly. Confusion hit me, why did I feel this way?

Before, I had no problems approaching Yuri for a kiss on the cheek. It was meaningless and nothing more but a friendly gesture. There was no blushing or heart racing, so why was it different with Taeyeon?

With him, my cheeks would turn crimson, my face would intensify in heat and my heart would pound louder and faster . . .

This was something so unknown to me, so unexplainable. I just couldn’t understand it. There were so many questions flooding my mind.

But what I couldn’t help but wonder, what bothered me the most . . . is why everything was so different when I was around him.

Kim Taeyeon, how and why are you doing this me?

A/N: Hey guys! Quick update huh? I had a little help from a friend so thanks Cring! :) Pretty short chapter I know but sometimes I write long sometimes I don't. Only 3083 words so not too bad!

I'm thinking of making it a rated M story since I will include some scenes! But I will ask for some help on that since I've never written a before o.o Just read several xD Please help me out!
