“Don’t be nervous,” Jonghyun consoled.

“I’m not.”

“Seriously, don’t be, it’s okay.”

“Oppa, I’m not!” The white haired boy dragged on before I huffed and walked away from him, hearing him laugh behind me. 

“Lani-yah, I’m sorry,” the boy was still cackling as he called out to me. I turned around with a scowl, flicking him off and hoping nobody else saw that. 

“Well, Lani,” Kris tutted, “that’s not very ladylike.”

“ you, Kris, I’m not ladylike.” I stuck my tongue out to the tall boy, stepping into the circle of him and two other EXO giants. 

“Language, Lani,” Sehun grinned at me as he berated me. 

“Oh, shut up, rat.” Chanyeol laughed at my insult of him.

“Your insults are great,” he complimented. “Personally, though, I think my favorite is ‘soggy lampshade’.” The tall boy looked down at me expectantly as I laughed and recalled what I had called Baekhyun earlier.

“No, hyung,” Sehun cut in, “are you forgetting nut?” All three of them, as well as I, burst into even heartier laughter. 

“Her highlight was ‘wet sock’,” Kris suggested. “Or with eyes.”

“ with eyes?” Chanyeol repeated this with widened eyes. “When was this said?” Sehun looked at the Chinese leader with curious eyes as well.

“They weren’t there,” I recounted, “it was only Chinese members.”

“Oh,” Chanyeol pouted, “dammit. with eyes seems like a good insult.”

“Who’d you use it with?” Sehun cocked his head as he questioned.
