Byeol was hugging Kris like a koala while sleeping when she heard some noises. She slowly opened her eyes and she saw everyone was in their room.

“What are you doing here?” Kris said while hugged Byeol to keep her from moving away.

“We would like to see if Seojin is still sleeping.” His grandfather said

“Seojin is still sleeping. You can meet him in the living room if he’s awake.” Kris said irritated.

They disappointedly walked out of the room

“Baby mama, let’s sleep.” Kris said and he kissed Byeol’s head.

Byeol couldn’t fall back to sleep again so she decided to escape from Kris arms. Kris had felt asleep again and his arms were loose. She walked to Seojin’s crib and Seojin was indeed still sleeping. She did her daily routine in the bathroom.

“I miss you in bed.” Kris said sleepy when Byeol walked out of the bathroom

“I can’t fall asleep anymore so I decided to leave you in bed.” Byeol said.

Whaa, whaa. Seojin started to cry. The elders immediately burst in the room and they quickly went to Seojin. Byeol calmed Seojin down and the elders wanted to take Seojin with them. Everyone left the room and Kris decided to wake up too.

Byeol was eating breakfast when Kris walked in the dinner room. The maids placed his breakfast on the table. Kris went to kiss Seojin and he sat down beside Byeol.

“Morning everyone.” Kris said

Byeol was busy feeding Seojin while Kris was talking to the elders. Byeol looked up after she heard Hyemi’s name.

“Kris, why didn’t you do research about that Hyemi girl? You know that we don’t accept golddiggers.” His mom said

“Hyemi is not a golddigger.” Kris said

“All the poor girls that start a relationship with rich men are golddiggers and as I know she is poor.” His mom said and Byeol looked down.

“I’ll take Seojin for a walk in the garden.” Byeol said and she walked away with Seojin

“Mom, Hyemi is Byeol’s best friend. How can you say that before Byeol. You know Byeol’s past.” Kris whined and his mother looked down.

“It wasn’t my intention and you know that.” His mom said and she pouted

“I know, but you need to be careful with this kind of things.” Kris said and he left to follow Byeol

Byeol was sitting on the blench while crying. Kris quickly walked to Byeol and he hugged her

“Don’t cry. My parents didn’t mean what they said.” Kris said

“But they’ll think about what they said. Even you thought about that about me before.” Byeol said

“I know and I’m so so wrong about that. I’m so sorry and you and Hyemi are definitely not golddiggers. If you’re a material girl, then it’s a lot easier for me to make you happy. My parents will see that true side of Hyemi soon. They are just having a bad past of Sehun’s girlfriends” Kris said

“Bad past?” Byeol asked and Kris nodded

“Sehun always felt in love with the wrong girl. One time Sehun felt in love with a salesgirl of Cartier. She is a real golddigger. She only work in Cartier, because she can meet with rich men. If she meets a potential rich man, she’ll stalk him and search for a chance to get closer to him. Sehun became a victim of her tricks. He felt hard for her, but we found out about her tricks and forced Sehun to break up with her. Sehun didn’t talk and eat properly for one month. We were really worried so that’s why they’re against Hyemi. They’re scared that history will repeat.” Kris said

“We’re sorry, Byeol-ah, my child.” His mom said and Kris and Byeol looked up.

“It’s okay, but promise me that you need to believe Hyemi. At least, you need to try to know her, before you judge about her.” Byeol said

“We’ll my child, we’ll.” His mom promised

“It’s cold outside. Let’s go back inside, ok.” His grandmother said and everyone walked back inside.

“Byeol-ah, are you ok if you leave Seojin with us today?” Kris mom asked and Byeol confusedly looked up

“We’re going to the mall today.” Kris said

“I’m ok, but why can’t we all go together?” Byeol asked

“It’s a mall with expensive brands. It’s not a place for babies.” Kris said “And they wanted Seojin for themselves. They are planning task for each other to let the other busy so that Seojin is for themselves. Just go with it. You don’t have a chance” Kris whispered the last part and Byeol nodded.

“Behave Seojinnie.” Byeol said and she kissed his forehead before leaving with Kris to the mall.

Kris and Byeol were walking hand in hand in the mall and Kris walked in Cartier.

“Why are we walking in here?” Byeol asked

“My grandmother asked me to repair her watch.” Kris said.

“How may I help you?” the manager asked

“My grandmother asked me to bring this watch to this shop for repair. She said that she already called about that.” Kris said

“Ah, you must be Mrs. Wu grandson then. She indeed called. Please follow me.” The manager said

“You can sit down here and I’ll bring this watch for reparation.” The manager said and Kris nodded

Kris was looking at the watches while Byeol noticed that someone was keep looking at them.

“Kris, that girl is keep looking at us.” Byeol said

Kris looked up and he looked down again.

“That’s the golddigger that I told you. Just ignore her.” Kris whispered

“What do you think of this one?” Kris said

“Kris, I don’t need a watch.” Byeol said

“Do you think that they’ve a male version of it? We can wear couple watches then.” Kris said

“Kris, I said I don’t need a watch.” Byeol said

“But I want a new watch.” Kris said

“The male watches are there.” Byeol said and she pointed at the side where the golddigger is

The golddigger noticed it and she walked up to Kris.

“Can I help you with something?” The golddigger said

“No” Kris said and he kept looking down.

The manager came back and Kris looked up

“The reparation will take about two hours. You would like to wait or pick the watch up another day?” The manager asked

“We’ll wait. We’ve things to do in the mall too.” Kris said and the manager nodded

“Call me if you need help.” The manager said

“Yes, I would like to ask if you’ve a male version of this watch?” Kris asked

“Yes, we have.” The manager said and he took out the male watch from the other cabinet.

“Can we try the female watch too?” Kris asked and the manager took it out.

“This one is too big for your wrist.” Kris said after he put the watch over her wrist.

“You’re searching for couple watches?” the manager asked

“Yes.” Kris said

“We’ve a couple watches cabinet. Please follow me.” The manager said and they followed him.

“I think this one is better.” Kris said and he pointed at the couple watches for the manager to take out.

Kris put it on Byeol and he looked at it

“How about this one?” Kris asked

“Kris, I already told you. I don’t want a watch. Do you still think that I’m a golddigger?” Byeol said a little angry and she took the watch off.

“Uhm…I remember that I need to give someone a call. I’ll be back soon.” The manager said and he escaped from the awkward situation.

“I already told you that I definitely don’t think that you’re a golddigger, but I’m still a rich man and I like and love to spoil the girl that I love. Just let me spoil you once a week, ok?” Kris said

“Once a month.” Byeol murmured, but Kris got it and smiled

“So you can seriously choose one watch that you like now?” Kris said and Byeol unwillingly nodded.
