Neo Culture
The Housemate AgreementINT. - Neo Culture - His Restaurant - Tuesday
Located within the famous Bukchon Hanok Village area, stood a cozy small Korean Fusion place loved by both residents and tourists alike.
After years in the U.S. And finally settling down in Korea, Jaehyun figured to use a portion of his grandfather's Bukchon compound as a restaurant.
With partners Johnny and Mark, Jaehyun built Neo Culture - which has been standing proud for two years now. A humble haven that boasts good Korean fusion food and culture. Johnny - a lawyer, takes care of anything that has something to do with the serious business stuff - finances, partnerships and all that jazz. Mark - a budding self made marketing consultant takes care of the operations as well as marketing for the restaurant. Their teamwork earned them quite a reputation within the Korean fusion food scene. As well as many lady patrons, because of their profiles and looks, of course.
The exterior of the restaurant is of a classic Bukchon traditional house filled with greens that makes everyone feel zen. The consistent wooden interior mixed with black minimalist accents make up to the Neo Culture vibe of the place. The restaurant is open from lunch to dinner every day. Except for Sundays and Mondays, where it's close for major cleaning, and sometimes remodelling, thanks to Johnny's mood swings.
With a team of head chef - Jaehyun, two cooks - Doyoung and Taeil, two servers - Jeno and Herin and one main cashier - Yeri, resting
