INT. - His & Her's Apartment - Saturday   A two story apartment that is painted grey with accents of white exterior, not to mention the chic french windows that gives the right amount of natural light into every room. No wonder they can't seem to let go of it. And Landlord Shin is sure the two kids will do what it takes to live in it.    Moving day was a busy day. Every room filled with boxes. There was drilling and hammering on the walls. Movers go out and about the unit. Taking a break is never an option. As the sun goes down, and the movers take their leave, Jaehyun brought out two cans of beer out from the fridge. He heads to living room where Emi lays on the cozy leather couch they bought together.   After signing the papers for their new home, both decided to shop for furniture, as well as other bits and bobs. The two surprisingly agree on almost everything that while looking around that they agreed to pay half for each item. It's more economical that way since they'll be living with each other, bonding thru shopping ain't that bad at all.    Jaehyun put the ice cold can of beer on Emi's head making her groan lazily while taking it from her head.    "I never thought we'd finish everything today. I'm beat.", he said, before taking a sip of his beer.    "We have one more thing to settle before we head to bed, mister.", she states as she gets herself up from her lazy state.    "We're going to draft a Housemate Agreement! Isn't that exciting?!" she smiled at him widely like never before. Jaehyun on the other hand chuckled a bit too loud for Emi's taste earning him a y look from her.    "Well let's get on then. Off to the office and let's make it print official.", Jaehyun pouted, pulling her to their shared office room.   

The Housemate Agreement 

This agreement is made by and among housemates named herein who have signed a lease shared dwelling unit that makes housemates jointly and severally liable for all terms of contract.      "Well if that doesn't sound legally binding, I don't know what is." Jaehyung comment
