“Gamsamnida,” I thanked the store clerk.

I walked out of the store and head down to the dorms. I had just acquired all the necessities for survival: ice cream, soda, noodles, a plush toy, a cozy blanket, a new phone case, a new phone charger and a huge fluffy pillow. I couldn’t wait to show the other members how much they’re going to suffer without the right supplies. I skipped down the road, as my stomach started to growl.

“I know, I’m hungry, too.”

I continued walking when I spotted an adorable toddler! It was so cute, I had to say hi!

“Hi there!!” I cooed as I drew close.

“Annyeonghasiyo,” the mother bowed.

The little boy ran behind his mother. He poked his head out from behind. I could not stand the adorableness. I reached my hand out, hoping for a hive five or something.

“The nice man just wants a high five,” the mother insisted.

The boy giggled and slapped my hand. He was so cute, I couldn’t help but giggle myself.

“It was nice to meet you!” I waved. “Annyeong!”

As I walked, I looked back to check to see if they were still there. They must have had entered a shop because they and vanished. OR! Maybe they were kidnapped and be tortured for ransom. OR maybe they had super powers and flew away! Or maybe- Oh, wait… Never mind they were in a store.

My stomach growled at me again.

“Oh! I’m sorry! I almost forgot!”

On that note, I ran back home, ready for dinner. As I walked up to the door, I reached into my pocket and pulled out-…… nothing? Where’s my key?

“Ummm..”

I dug back into my pocket but yet again, it was empty. I couldn’t believe it!!! Somebody stole my key!!!! Why would they want that key anyway? They don’t even know what it unlocks!

“Forget about the key…  I need to get inside!” I mumbled as my stomach rumbled again.

Hmmmmm… Maybe if I try to push it in….. I slammed the door with my shoulder, only resulting in creating a bruise on my now sore shoulder.

“It must be reinforced steel or something…”

Maybe if I get a running start, I can ram the door in. I ran back a few yards and aimed at the door.

“CHARGE!!!!”

I ran straight for the door, readying myself for the impact.

THUNK!

The door didn’t even budge!

“It must be enchanted! Where are you wizard? Unlock this door immediately!”

I only got silence in response. Hm…. Maybe manager-nim installed a password or something…. I stood back from the door, holding my hands out in front of me, palms pointing at the door.

“OPEN….. SESAME!!!”

Nothing…..

“Abrakadabra!”

“Shizam!”

“Presto!”

“……please?”

Still nothing… I looked down and saw the floor mat. In movies, there always a key under the floor mat. I inched closer the mat, skeptic of the idea. I lifted a corner of the mat. Nothing…. Hmmm.. I looked around. There were no windows that I could crawl through either. Maybe I could bargain

“Hey door…. If you let me in… I’ll give you some of my noodles…”

Still!! Nothing!!! I couldn’t take it anymore!!! I started yelling in frustration. The door is being such a meanie!!! Why won’t it just open?? I started to hit the infernal door with my fists.

“I’M SORRY!! I DON’T HAVE YOUR KEY!!! I LOST IT!! OR SOMEBODY STOLE IT!! MAYBE IT FELL IN LAVA ANDD MELTED!!! I DON’T KNOW!!! JUST LET ME IN!!”

“Taehyung?”

I whipped around to see Jin and the other boys walking my way.

“Uhm… HI.” I responded.

“Why are you screaming?” Rap Mon asked.

“I wasn’t sc- never mind that! I want to get inside but I lost my key…” I whimpered.

“No you didn’t,” Jimin piped up.

“Before you left, you set your keys down to get a drink and left them on the dining table. We watched you walk out without them,” Jungkook added.

“What?”

I looked at the doorknob, praying that it would work. I took a firm grab and started twisting. Sure enough, the knob turned with ease. The door creaked open.

“Heh….” I sighed.

“Come on,” Jin said, patting my back, “Why don’t we get inside and make those noodles that you bought?”

I nodded frantically as my tummy growled again.
