Yoongi is worried. It is the fourth time he is dialling their landline, but no one answered it. Usually Jimin would answer it at the very first ring, but today is different. He saw the younger's red, puffy and somewhat irritating-to-look-at nose, and knew he was running a cold. He wouldn't worry this much any time. It was already late, and he knew Jimin was going to forget taking his medicines because he had a Performance coming up that he had to prepare for.

And someone had told him that a slight cold, if not checked, would sometimes lead to a more deadly problem. Like pneumonia. And he was very disturbed by that.

He gets on the bus, the phone never leaving his ear. It is almost the tenth time he tries the landline as he walks to their shared apartment.

The two had rented out an apartment ever since they started... dating each other.  Both of them still feel awkward at the title of them 'Dating'. Who thought they'd date each other instead of anyone else in the world? They loved each other like it's the last day of the world, but at the same time they were like the best of friends who knew each other inside out.

"Park Jimin, you better answer now-- And you don't!" Yoongi whines as he continues to walk upstairs.

He finally reaches their apartment's door- No. 139. Yoongi really likes the number for some reason. It is almost 2 in the midnight when he actually reaches the place, but he just doesn’t care. He rings the bell and waits patiently until the younger comes and opens the door.

It takes almost ten minutes before Yoongi hears the door unlock, and opens it rapidly only to have Jimin stumble back and fall down.

“Are— I’m sorry!” He says as he crouches down, helping Jimin to stand up.

“I-I’m okay, hyung. You didn’t have dinner yet, right?” He asks in a raspy voice, and Yoongi knows the boy’s going to be in great trouble because—

“You didn’t take your medicines! How many times do I tell you to just take those stupid pills and have a good day’s rest?” Because of this.

"It's nothing, really... If I just sleep for a night it'll g--"

"To hell with your assumptions! Don't you know this could lead to pneumonia or something?"

"Pneumonia?" Jimin chuckled raspily. "Hyung, this isn't even a strong cold"

"Again, to hell with your words! You're not going to the dance studio tomorrow"

"But hyung! I need to practice--"

"Would you stay here if I do?"

"... Fine" He says, and starts coughing rapidly. Yoongi dumps his bag on the couch and goes inside the kitchen, taking a small bowl and boiling up some water.

"You're not drinking normal water for a week, or at least until this cold goes away. Only hot water" Yoongi says as Jimin sits on the couch, head turned towards him. "What did you just do all day?"

"You know; practicing, sleeping, more practice, TV and then you come"

"Why didn't you answer the landline?"

"Eh?"

"You didn't even hear it, I guess?"

"I-It was muted out..." Jimin looks at the floor, trying to come up with a more feasible excuse.

"Just... don't do it again, okay? I was worried"

With that, he forces the boy to go to bed and wait until he finishes making the hot soup. Jimin insists that he could just sleep it off but the elder is too stubborn and ends up ruining the already-messy kitchen top.

"Hyung~ I have to clean this up now!" Jimin whines along with a wheeze.

"I'll do it; I'm taking the day off anyway, right?" Yoongi shrugs back with a small smirk.
