Mark sighed relieved as soon as he reached out of the building with Bambam.

"Hyung...." Bambam whined and held up his wrist which Mark still tightly held which he immediately let go. 

"ah sorry" he said awkwardly rubbing his neck.

"what happened back there? there was some serious tension between you and Bummie Hyung"

Mark considered lying but he couldn't come up with a plausible excuse no matter how hard he tried "Hyung?" Bambam questioned again so he decided to just tell the truth and told Bambam what he overheard and ended with "Is there another trainee somewhere? Who is he" while Bambam bit his lip nervously seeming to consider what to say next. 

"Does Jaebum love him?" he asked after Bambam was extremely quiet at which Bambam, finally met his eyes and quickly replied "He's like Jaebum's other half." at which Mark's face fell and Bambam took it a a chance to change the topic "Ey, hyung, you don't have a crush on our leader already do you?" he asked wiggling his eyebrows. 

"W-what? I'm not-"

Bambam then laughed at Mark's flustered response and linked his arms with his, "Come on hyung, I'm hungry." and led the way to the restaurant he really liked for dinner.

About a week later~

Mark gradually found out Bambam was a sweety and they had so much in common. They bonded over being foreigners and Mark even learned after Bammie felt more comfortable with him that he was "sort-of with" Jackson and ended up talking about their relationship for a long time. Even though the meal almost cost Mark $60, he was happy because he finally had a close friendship with one of the members that wasn't his love-hate relationship with his roommate. Bambam was such a nice and open person he was sure at some point he could weasel information about this mysterious other boy which no one has ever dared to bring up again.

Mark couldn't help but wonder what kind of person he must have been to be Jaebum's other half. And what did they mean by in a happy dream. Was he studying abroad and pursuing his dream somewhere else? With his limited Korean he barely understood the full gravity of the situation but he couldn't help his curiousity about this boy. Was he really nice and that is why he could get along with the others? Was he good looking? And as he thought that the boy from his dream crossed his mind. He was definitely handsome, y even. Wait why did that cross his mind....I'm not gay.....but he couldn't help but remembering the said boy because it had been a week and he has had a hard time falling asleep and when he did he didn't dream of anything. He was definitely missing him even though he was just in his dream and couldnt possible be real. But his alluring pink lips and his cute smile always came to mind. 

Jackson snapped his fingers in front of Mark causing him to come out of his train of thought. Right....they were watching variety shows together in the lounge of the dorm but at some point the tv was turned off and everyone had their eyes on him instead. "What?" 

Jackson rolled his eyes "We asked if you wanted to come with us to go play basketball or skateboard?"

Mark checked his watch 11:58pm. "This late?"

"Its the only time we can avoid fangirls and such and play in peace" Yugyeom replied. 

"I'll just stay in. I want to explore this building some more." he lied, he was just too lazy to leave the dorm.

"Let's leave him guys, your hyung wants to stay in" Jaebum said closing the matter which everyone agreed to and muttered their goodbyes to Mark as they filed out the door. 

Mark sighed at the sudden quietness and mentally reprimanded himself to pay attention more and stop daydreaming. Lying on the couch his mind was about to drift back to what he was thinking about all day but he motivated himself to actually do what he said he would do and actually explore the dorm. 

He started wondering down the main hallway passing by the familiar practice rooms, recording rooms, music boothes, but then he took a turn to where the rooms are and saw the names posted on the doors. Jaebum and Youngjae, Mark opened the door to see what their room was like and only saw one full bed and blushed knowing that they sleep together and closed the door quickly. Next was Yugeom and Bambam's room which he peeked into and saw a mess but one one side it was just piles and piles of clothes and he smirked to himself knowing that side was Bambam's. The next room was theres and then the hallway split two ways. At one end of the hallway he knew was Jackson's and his shared room and across from them was Brian and Jae's room who Mark was able to bond with since they both speak English as well and are really cool. But since they were into a different style of music he didn't train much with them and only saw them when they had their door open playing music together in their dorm.
