Chapter 16: Sleepover and a Talk

Your POV

“ Don't forget. Do not let anyone touch my ramen collection,” Grandmother had last said on

the phone, “ I'll be home later; Visiting my friends.”

“ Okay grandmother,” I said and then hung up the phone. Everyone wanted to have a

sleepover. When we reached my house..

“ Please wait out here, we have to uhm clean up a couple of things,” I said and left Kai outside

to entertain them for the while.

“ Let's go,” I said to Ji Ah and we ran to set off all the traps and hide grandmother's ramen.

When we were done, we opened the door and smiled.

“ You can come in now,” I said.

“ Thank goodness, it's freezing outside,” SungYeol said.

“ I really need to pee,” SungJong said and ran in search of a bathroom. Everyone else walked in

and observed the house.

“ What is this?” SungJong asked as he came out of the bathroom holding a pink pad. Some of

the guys started snickering.

“ It's a marshmallow,” L said, smirking.

“ You didn't clean so well,” DongWoo laughed.

Meanwhile...

Grandmother was outside the TOP clan hideout. She rang the doorbell.

“ Who is it?” a voice asked.

“ Ikeda clan,” she said and the doors slid open and she walked in. She soon met with Big Bang.

“ What do you want, Ikeda?” TOP asked.

“ What is Infinite doing?” she asked without hesitation.

“ What do you mean?” G Dragon asked.

“ Why are they with my granddaughter? Are you planning something?” she asked without

emotion.

“ What do you mean, your granddaughter?” Tae Yang asked.

“ In case you haven't realized, your Infinite has been hanging around my ____. I just want to

make sure you are not putting her in any danger,” she answered.

“ What if we were?” G Dragon asked. Before he knew it, she was behind him.

“ You will regret it,” Grandmother said.

“ Wait, how do you know that it is them? They aren't even active these days,” DaeSung stated.

“ Heh. I know a ninja when I see one,” Grandmother said and walked out.

“ She's cool,” SeungRi said after she left.

“ Shut up,” G Dragon said.

“ We need to have another meeting with Infinite soon,” TOP said.

Back at the house..

“ WHAT ARE YOU EATING?” my eyes widened. SungGyu and Hoya were eating ramen at in the

kitchen.

“ Ramen, this is so good,” SungGyu said.

“ You weren't supposed to eat that,” I said while face palming myself.

“ WHY ARE YOU EATING MY RAMEN?” grandmother screamed.

“ Uh oh..” Ji Ah silently said.

“ I tried to stop them, but I couldn't because I didn't know they were eating and then I just saw

them,” I said really fast, nervous that I would be reprimanded.

“ I meant to say 'WHY ARE YOU EATING MY RAMEN WITHOUT ME?',” grandmother said. Ji Ah

and I sighed of relief.

“ I want some too!” SungJong said.

“ Why are you just standing there, Yuki? Go make some ramen for our guests,” Grandmother

said. I went into the kitchen and started removing wrappers of 5 ramen bags. Then L came in.

“ Let me help you,” he said. I smiled and nodded. When we were done, we took the bowls one

by one to the dining table. While walking out, you saw one of your ninja stars on the floor.

While trying to pick it up silently, you spilled the burning ramen on yourself and L went running

to you.

“ Are you okay?” he asked. I nodded.

“ Yeah, I'm fine,” I said, not noticing the burning sensation on my thighs.

“ Why were you on the floor?” he asked.

“ Oh nothing.. Just picking up something,” I replied. He nodded.

“ You could've just asked me,” he said.

“ That would've been too much,” I said. And you would've figured out I was a ninja..

“ Go clean yourself up. I'll bring the rest to the table,” he said and took the bowl from me. I

quickly picked up the star and stuck it in my back pocket. Then I walked up to my room to

grab a pair of shorts before heading to the bathroom.

When I walked in and changed, I realized my leg was really red and burning. Looks like a really

bad 1^nd degree burn. Haven't had one of these in a while..

I put cold water on it and left it there for a few seconds, but it was still swollen. So I took towel,

wet it, and went downstairs. I ran to the kitchen to get aloe to soothe it.

“ What are you doing?” L asked, staring at me.

“ Nothing,” I replied.

“ I know you got burnt. No need to lie to me,” he said and helped me put on the aloe. It stung,

which made me flinch a little.

“ So what were you getting?” he asked.

“ A star,” I said, off guard.

“ A star? What kind?” he asked suspiciously. I'm pretty sure I saw a ninja star.., he thought.

“ Oh you know, just those paper ones that you fold..” I said. When he was done applying the

ointment, I thanked him and went to go eat.

“ Where's my food?” I asked.

“ Well, I didn't want to waste since it was getting cold.. So I ate it..,” SungYeol said.
