After I drink water at the kitchen, I go back to my room. Thinking about prom. I still hope that she will pick me. But, I think it is soo obvious that she will go with Seokjin-hyung. Just then, I heard someone knock on the door. "Come in!" I said. When I finally see who is it at the door, I immediately sit up on my bed. "Dad, why did you want to see me?" I asked. Dad rarely come to his children's bedroom unless, he has something important to talk about. "I just want to check on my one and only son, can't I?" "It's not like that. It's just." I said, smiling awkwardly. "So, you like her?" Dad suddenly asked. I sigh and answered defeatedly, "Yes. But, I didn't stand a chance." "Why?" "I have a competitor. And that competitor stand more chances than me." "Ok. Who is the competitor? Tell me." Dad said. "Seokjin-hyung." I replied. "Seokjin. As in Kim Seokjin, you friend?" Dad asked, sounded shock. I just nod. "I thought that you're the type that won't give up with what you want. Just like me." I just let out a chuckled. "Well, that's before I know that she's my cousin. If I didn't go downstairs at that moment, I wouldn't give up on my feelings." I explained. "Then, why did you give up?" Dad asked. "Dad~~ like you don't know how Jeon Hyun Mi's work. She has principle about men. She don't want to get married with someone that have blood relation with her." I said. Almost sounded like whining. "I pity you, son." Dad said. "Well, maybe you should asked her out for prom. At least, you could do what you want to do." He added. I just nod. It's been a long time since we have boys' talk. It's refreshing. "But, have you confessed yet?" "I already confessed. But, I'm not the first one that confess to her." I said, scratching the back of my neck. "Who's the first one?" "Who do you think?"
