„Hey dad, you got the sugar?“ „Yes, son“ Youngiaes father was smiling weirdly towards him what made him careful. „Dad..what?“ Youngjae asked carefully watching his father close the door and walking towards him.

 „ You know who I got this sugar from?“ He pointed to the bag in his hands smiling widely.

  „From our neighbour that helped us move yesterday?“

 „Guess again“

 „Dad, it is really freaking me out already, stop smiling like that.“

 „From room 79 and I am not smiling weirdly.“ He pouted towards his son.

„Yes you are and seriously what’s with that pout?“ He grabbed the sugar from dad’s hands and started mixing it with flour. „Why did you go so far anyway?“

„Well ...“ He his lips turning his head away from his son.

„Dad ... what did you do?“ Youngjae asked him with a lower voice now „Btw How much sugar exactly did you ask from this person? Who the hell uses so much sugar for pancakes anyway?“

„He seemed to be ... well ... out of his mind for a minute there. I don’t think he can cook .... or dress“ he mumbled the end of the sentence so Youngjae did not catch it.

„Really? Is he sick or something?“ He started to feel curious about that person for some reason.

„Sick?“ He tilted his head to the side thinking hard but soon realising, „No not at all I think he has just moved in too, that’s why or he is just shy.“ Suddenly he clapped his hands together startling Youngjae.

„What was that for? I almost dropped our breakfast“

„Daehyun ...“ He scratched his head trying to gain his son's attention.

„Youngjae“

„What?“

„I know you are not young anymore but not remembering your own son’s name ... really dad? Really?“ Youngjae started laughing while joining his dad at the table. „Here you go our breakfast for today“

„Thank you, son, but I was referring to somebody else“

„Wzhoo?“ Youngjae asked mouth full of fresh pancakes.

„A really cute guy from room 79, Daehyun“ He wiggled his eyebrows towards his son.

Youngjae felt his cheeks burning up in seconds „Dad!! Please ...“ He looked at his breakfast head low with his bang covering his red face.

„No no he is seriously so cute and seems to be about the same age as you too, you should meet him because yesterday I heard him talking to somebody from the phone and he really seems to be your type“

„You did what?“ Youngjae almost shouted to him. „You were listening to a strangers phone call?“

„Soon to be my family“ He made a heart sign with his fork when Youngjae threw a towel at him telling him to shut up.

„You wish...“

„Nooo, my son... I know because I am not letting it go now“ He stood up from the table „Thank you for breakfast dear, but you should give Daehyun one too because you used HIS sugar. I’ll wash the dishes.“

„You wish ...“ Youngjae left the kitchen and went to the living room to play something with his old guitar.
