Ta Bua walk over to his buddy and patted him the leg, “Hey it’s ok….you should be better soon…I think…”

“Ouch!! That bastard poison me for sure, if I don’t make it, don’t forget to get revenge for me”

“Why do you want us both kill right here Pol!!!” Ta Bua yells while sneaking a peek at that tall figure.

Kimhan still cleaning the supply with alcohol without caring, before tell the petite girl with an emotionless face, “I’m done, should we get going?”

Aom looks at the patient with an unsure face. Kimhan laugh in and said,

“Trust me, he’s fine. The medicine should kick in about 15 minutes. To be on the safe side, we should check his blood so we know exactly how he’s doing. Right now the doctor is very busy, there are a lot of patient in the city at the other side of the Jaopraya River due to the last bombing. So he would not be station here anymore, only from time to time that he would come back”

“So who is going to test his blood?”

“We have the doctor’s assistant that is station at the boat dock, it will help with the diagnose process”

The patient is looking back and forth between the two but don’t know what they’re saying.

“So..are…you…better now?” ask Kimhan, so the patient went back to like he’s still in serious pain.

“So how do we get the test?” Aom asks with interest

“Just send him to get tested at the boat dock”

Aom shakes her head, “He would never do that”

“We can use the syringe to draw the blood out, I’ll hurry back to the boat dock to get it tested before the blood clot. Why don’t you ask him, if he’s willing to do it?”

“I don’t think he would let us do that either”

“Why not?”

“Well Thai people have certain believe about drawing blood out, they think they would get weaker and weaker and die because of it. How about this? We just say that we’re going to give him another shot of medicine but instead to draw the blood out”

“Hell no, one is more than enough, he’s not even a doctor. If I let him do it, I would die faster than get better. Aom, look at those eyes, I don’t trust it. The patient is now thinking hard about the situation, his fever went down and he now feel much better. He’s not fully convince and still skeptical about all this.

“Aom, you guarantee that it isn’t poison right?”

“Yes, this would not harm you in any way”
