"Oh~ ooh~ hmm~ ooooh~"

"Ah, no. Make it a bit higher."

"Arghh. How high is the note you want me to reach? I'd die catching my breath because of the pitch you want." Boram whined, bending her knees down.

"I know you can reach it." Seungyoon exclaimed, extending one of his hands to the now disgusted Boram. "Let's try again, please?" He added.

"Okay. Okay. But let me just breathe for a while. It's hard you know?" She sighed in defeat reaching the tall guy's hand in front of her. His hand is even more feminine and softer than hers, she thought.

"Yes ma'am!" Seungyoon blurted out, jokingly making the salute pose. "I just want us to win this." He then smiled.

Seungyoon grabbed his guitar and started strumming, whereas Boram tried her best to reach the note he is demanding. They are currently on their preparation for the week's battle in Superstar K2. Male and female collaboration as its concept. Since they're of the same age, judges made them partners. Boram secretly like it since she will have more quality time alone with her ultimate crush, Kang Seungyoon.

Ever since they met each other in auditions, Seungyoon already caught Boram's attention. He's just freaking charming as a prince in fairytales for her. Seeing him singing with his guitar, hearing his husky, y and heavenly voice just takes her breath away. Afraid of being rejected, she kept these feelings to herself. She sees him as a prince but never herself a princess. She's nothing but an ugly duckling, waiting for a miracle to turn into a fabulous swan. Well, if miracles do exist, she thought. All she can do is savour every moment possible with him. Admiring him from afar. Acting as normal as possible whenever he is near. And this moment is one of those isolated opportunities to be near her prince. So, she should make the most out of it.

Their practice went by without Boram realizing what she did. Her mind is blown away with Seungyoon delusions. Most of the time she was just staring into space. It didn't take a genius to realize it and so Seungyoon decided to just continue their practice tomorrow. It's 9:00 in the evening already.

"Yah Park Boram!" He snapped his fingers in front of her face, enough to cut her illusions. Ugh. She's into her fantasies again. He suspiciously creased his brows.

"Ah.. W-why?" Boram stuttered, embarrassed of her silly actions. Act normal, Boram. NORMAL.

Seungyoon is already used to her being like this. It's the nth time for pete's sake he caught her daydreaming. And as much as he wanted to care less, he couldn't remove the eagerness inside him to know who she is thinking about everytime.

"You're daydreaming again, aren't you?" He asked, amused at how his friend looks.

"Aniya. I-i'm just thinking about something."

"Something? Or someone?" He giggled, teasing her. "Hmm. I wonder who you are always thinking about lately." He added, poking her sides.

"Yah, it's nothing." Sounding so defensive and obvious, she flung his hands off her (though she liked the contact). She could feel the heat running up to her face causing her to blush, so she shooked her head down to make sure he won't see her this red. To no good, the angle wasn't low enough for Seungyoon not to see how she flushed. He cheekily smirked at her cute defense.
