“I want to know when is the right time for us.”

“Us?” Yonghwa wanted to be sure what he just heard. Yes, he feels so sick right at this moment and he is contemplating if what Shinhye just said is the reality. He began to cough.

“I told you, this topic was needed to converse if you are not sick.” Shinhye stood up. “I am going to get ice and towel to make you feel better, kindergarten boy.” She smiled. As if nothing happened.

She is catching her breath while walking to kitchen. That was the worst confession ever. Confession? Her thoughts are caught by her little mouth. “Am I that desperate? Do I like him so much that I needed to ask the right time he’s saying?” She mumbled. “This is getting serious, Park Shinhye.” She sighed and get back immediately to Yonghwa.

Shinhye found Yonghwa sleeping so soundly on his couch. She smiled once again, this person really looked like a kindergarten boy. Although he acts like a man when he is awake – but the time he close his eyes are starts to dream in his own world, he is like a boy that is yearning for a family.

They are both yearning for their parent’s love. Shinhye thought that she met this guy without a reason. At first, all they did was bicker each other. But in the process, they have seen each other’s weaknesses. She saw the side of Yonghwa that he doesn’t want to be seen. “I thought you were just a villain in the story, Mojo.” She smirked as she takes care for this guy. “Do you miss you Dad so much that you are sick?”

“Get better, Mojo. Blossom will get boring without you.” Shinhye whispered right to his ears.

Yonghwa felt a heavy thing on his forehead. Actually that was not the thing why he woke up, it is the alarm on his phone.

8am.

He touched his face, wondering what happened last night. Shinhye, he remembers something about time. Right time. He was distracted by the piece of paper beside his phone.

Good morning, kindergarten boy.

Wake up. Do not skip classes this time.

Pay for the last night, I took care of you.

He lit a smile on his face. Blossom? So she actually like being told as Blossom? Yonghwa jumped off on his couch as if he was never sick yesterday. All his thoughts now was filled by Shinhye.

“The right time for us?” Yonghwa smiled. His whistle echoed the shower room.

“Yong!”

He smiled. “Jieun.”

“Are you all right?”

“Better than all right.” Yonghwa ruffled her hair. “You?”

“I kept buzzing your doorbell last night but you never responded.” Jieun acts cutely to Yonghwa.

“I am so sick last night.” Yonghwa lied. That girl, maybe Shinhye didn’t bother getting Jieun on the way. He likes that attitude of her. “Sorry.”

“No it’s okay.” Jieun said. “I have something to say actually.”

“What is it?”         

Jieun faced Yonghwa. “Can we talk on a more private place?”

“Is it important?” Yonghwa asked.

“Kind of.” Jieun has decided. She has given up so much for the person in front of her. Life, career, future – she throw everything away just to be with Yonghwa. Deciding her life to stay here with Yonghwa. “I think this is the time.”

“For what?” Yonghwa asked again. “I have a class, Jieun.”

“You know I like you, Yonghwa. Uh no, let me re-phrase it. You how much I love you, Jung Yonghwa.” Jieun shouted. “And I think you should be responsible for it.”

Yonghwa just stood up. Then he laugh, this is such a freakin day.

Today, he is determined to be with Shinhye.

Today, he is going to be braver that what he is yesterday.

But in one moment, Jieun is confessing like she is dictating him to take responsibility.

“You are laughing. Was that supposed to be a good sign?” Jieun asked. “Don’t laugh at me. I am serious.”

Then the laughter in Yonghwa’s face suddenly turned into a serious one. “What if I said I will not take that responsibility?”

“You are not in the position to turn away.” Jieun nearly cried. “I’ve gave up everything for you.”

Yonghwa raged. “Sorry but I didn’t asked you too.”

Jieun cried and slapped him. “Because of her?”

“Her?” Yonghwa looked straight at her. “You have to realize that even without her, I would still say no. I never asked anything from you. I did not ask for you to stay. But you stay, so as a friend I am taking care of you. But that’s it, Jieun. You are my friend.”

“Minhyuk likes her. Your bestfriend likes her.”

“That’s not the thing here, Jieun.”

“Stop messing like your Dad!” She raged. “Stop believing in the goodness.”

Yonghwa wants to tear up. “My Dad? How far will you go, Jieun? How far you want to hurt me?”

“What’s the matter here?” A soft voice cracked the tension. It’s Shinhye.

“Shinhye,” Yonghwa mumbled.

“What’s the matter, Jieun?” She asked.

Jieun smiled. “Nothing.” Then she walked out.

“Yonghwa?” Shinhye asked.

Yonghwa just shook his head.

Shinhye sat in the grass. Yonghwa remained standing. “What’s your dream, Yonghwa?” She smiled at him.

“Dream?” He repeated.

Shinhye nodded.

“You?”

“Me?”

“No, I meant – you, what is your dream.” Yonghwa realized how embarrass he was.

Shinhye breaks a very cute laugh. “Whew, I thought that was the most awful answer in the world.” She patted the grass. “C’mon, sit.”

Yonghwa sit beside her. “Tell me about your dream.”

“Silly dream or more of a realistic dream?”

“I want the silliest one.” He laughs.

“Hmm, I want to see myself walking to the brightest streets in Paris.” She bit her lower lip. “Walking with heels that measures like this,” she measure nearly three inches on her fingers.

“After the walking, what you going to do then?”

“Many to mention.” She smiled. “You? What’s your silliest dream?”

Yonghwa laughs so sweetly. “Silliest dream?”

“Yes, Sir.”

“Hmm, maybe seeing you walking with that heels.”

“Copycat.”

“Do you think it’s done?” Yonghwa winked. “You are walking so fashionable but you will  be going to be tripped.” He laughs once again.

“How dare you ruining my dream!” She knocked his head. “You are such a Mojo!”

“I am done yet!” He held her hand. “You will going to stumble but I am there to make you stand up.” He smiled. “That’s my silliest dream.”

“So silly.” She smirked.

“Nobody knows the right time Shinhye, so I can’t answer your question. But I have a statement to say – let’s try.” He caresses her hair. “Let’s bury the stories that our parents made. Let’s make our story the silliest dream can be.”

“Deal.” Shinhye replied with a smile.
