Into My Life

"Mum. Can you get the door please?" I pulled my pillow over my head trying to drone out the sound. My eyes could barely open because I couldn't get a glimpse of proper sleep last night.

"Mum," I called again. That's when I realised it was already ten in the morning. Mum had left for work and I was alone at home. I rubbed my tired eyes and groggily walked out to open the door.
"Good morning!"
"Taehyung?!" Instinctively I shut the door on him and he widened his eyes in surprise. "Give me five minutes." I rushed into the bathroom to wash myself and looked in the mirror. I was shocked at my horrendous outfit. Pink and white polka dotted pyjamas with a matching fluffy head band. I quickly rushed into my room and threw out clothes from my closet deciding what to wear. In the end I chose a simple striped tee with denim jeans.
"Sunhee, are you done yet?" the boy impatiently asked.
"I'm coming," I ran over to the door and unlocked it only to have him pull me into a bear hug while smiling like a child. "W-what brings you here?" I asked.
"Do I need a reason to see my girlfriend's face?" he chuckled looking down at me. "I warned you I was coming to kidnap you."
"Oh." I awkwardly responded.
"Are you going to keep me standing?"
I closed the main door behind on us and he took his shoes off before entering. "When's the last time I came over to your place?" he asked while picking up the photo frame and putting it back down. It was his habit, really. He was a boy with lots of curiosity. He had a habit of fiddling with everything in his reach since the first day he visited my house, that day when he was about to shamelessly open the draw to my undergarments. I couldn't believe that was already three months ago.
