Baekhyun's P.O.V

Baekhyun walked down the corridor as he felt a lot better today. He thinks it's because today it's just one of those few days when it feels like life is actually not that bad. But his happiness would soon be ruined for the moment.

“Hey blind kid, catch!”
“Ouch!”

Baekhyun felt something hit him hard in the stomach as he stumbled back and whined. He stood up annoyed and literally just threw the ball straight forward as hard he could. To his surprise he did hit someone and that happened to be the bullies.

“You damn bastard, why did you hit us?!”
“You begun!”
“Whatever, just leave the loser already.”
“Yeah.”

Baekhyun felt proud of himself, he had actually stood up against the bullies. Has he finally begun to realize that his life isn't that bad after all? Baekhyun felt pretty happy as he begun to walk again, but it was now everything would change.

Baekhyun walked in the silent corridor as a hand suddenly grabbed him and he remember something like this happening another time some weeks ago. Baekhyun panicked as he was fast to try to get out of the tight grip that pulled him backwards down the corridor, away from his classroom.

Baekhyun tried to scream for help, but his words got muffled by the hand that covered his mouth. Baekhyun struggled against the taller person who forced him to walk backwards. Baekhyun panicked as he tried to think, but his mind went blank from the panic that took over him.

Baekhyun tried to elbow the person and he tried to kick him, but it didn't work. Baekhyun could almost cry as scared he begun to feel. Baekhyun wish he could see, to be able to see where he's getting dragged to. Baekhyun heard how a door got kicked open before he got thrown down on the floor.

Baekhyun whined as he sat up fast to hear the sound of a door get locked. Baekhyun felt the panic grab him as he tried to stand up to find a way out. But he can't see, which is freaking him out.

Baekhyun ran straight to the side as he stumbled over a pair of chairs and tables before he met a wall. Baekhyun cursed mentally as he could hear how someone walked towards him. The person is totally silent, the only sounds that comes from the person comes from the shoes that walks over the hard cold floor.

“D-Don't come near me! S-Stay away from me!”

Baekhyun ran out with the wall in hope to find a door or window. Baekhyun met a window as he tried to open it fast, but he couldn't find the damn window handle. Baekhyun heard how the footsteps came closer to him as he tried to run away from the person, but he had let the person get too close to him.

“Ah! L-Let me go! Let me go I said! I don't want to! Let me go!”

Baekhyun screamed desperately for help as the hands pushed him up against the wall. Baekhyun cried as he grabbed the hands to try to keep them away from him, but he couldn't stop the person's face to get closer to his.

“Stop it! Let me go! Stop it! Help me! Someone, help me!”

Baekhyun screamed desperately for help, but he got the feeling that no one could help him. He has to solve this problem himself, but how can he solve it?

“P-Please, w-wait! I-I will d-do anything i-if you just stop it and tell me what you want!”

Baekhyun got a feeling that the person just smirked at him as Baekhyun suddenly felt how the person pushed Baekhyun's hands away. Baekhyun begun to cry when he felt the person's warm hands against his skin under his shirt as Baekhyun scream and tried to kick the person away from him, but he failed desperately.

Baekhyun got more and more mad and more and more desperate. So in the end he only could think of one solution. Baekhyun literally screamed his lungs of as he tried to push the boy away from him. He knows it's a boy since his chest is flat and he's really tall and strong. Stronger than girls should be.

“LET ME GO! STOP IT I SAID!”

Baekhyun almost lost his voice as hard and loud he screamed. The boy got startled by his scream, but not only because Baekhyun screamed. Baekhyun heard how someone tried to open the door before it sounded like they tried to tackle it down.

Baekhyun felt the hope took over him as he couldn't help but to feel relieved. This bastard is so screwed this time! He thought no one would be around to save Baekhyun, which Baekhyun didn't believe either to be honest. Baekhyun caught the boy curse before he literally grabbed Baekhyun and threw him to the side.

Baekhyun lost his balance fast as he hit the floor loud and hard. Baekhyun could hear how a window got slammed open before the door got slammed open as well. Baekhyun sat up whining, he thinks he has twisted his wrist. Baekhyun whined as he managed to sit up, but his left wrist felt like he couldn't move it at first.

“Baekhyun! Omo, are you alright?!”
“What the hell happened?”
“We have looked everywhere for you!”
“Yeah, Chanyeol even beat up the bullies to get them to tell us where you went.”
“Should I get a teacher?”

Baekhyun felt really relieved to hear his friends voices. All of them, Chanyeol, Suho, Kai, Sehun and D.O is here for him. Baekhyun couldn't help but to cry a little in relief, but also because his wrist hurts.

“Omo, are yu alright Baek?”

Baekhyun recognized Chanyeol's voice fast as he let his right hand seek for Chanyeol's arm. He managed to find Chanyeol's chest as he just buried his head against the giant who hugged him fast.

“I'm so... relieved... T-That was... t-too close...”
“What the hell happened in here? Did someone lock you in?”
“No, s-someone t-tried to-”
“ you again.”

Kai finished Baekhyun's sentence for him. Baekhyun nodded as he could feel how Chanyeol helped him up on his feet. Baekhyun wiped away his tears as he let his right hand try to massage his sour and painful wrist.

“Are you hurt?”
“I-I think it's okay, I just happened to land on my wrist.”
“Let me take a closer look at it.”

Baekhyun let Suho look at the wrist while D.O talked with Kai and Sehun in the background.

“It looks like the bastard who tried to Baekhyun got away.”
“We really should go and tell the teachers about this.”
“But what can they do? It's not like Baekhyun saw the culprit.”
“It was a boy, around Kai's height. He's strong, but I'm not sure how strong.”
“Strong enough to hold you down, which must be quite strong.”
“I'm pretty weak after I stopped train, so it's not weird that he could drag me with him.”
“Didn't we say that we should never leave him alone again?”
“You can't be around me all the time-”
“We will just have to find the bastard, that's it.”

Baekhyun sighed as he could feel Chanyeol grab his right hand as he squeezed it gently. Baekhyun knows it's Chanyeol's hands since he has hold it so many times and he can recognize who's hand he's holding.

“The wrist begins to look swollen, so we should go to the nurse office to check it up.”
“Okay.”

Baekhyun let Chanyeol lead the way for him as the others joined them fast. Baekhyun doesn't feel ashamed to hold Chanyeol's hand, but he sometimes wonders if Chanyeol thinks it's embarrassing. Baekhyun has always wondered what his friends thinks of him. He doesn't know what they think of him, but he wants to now so badly sometimes.

“I'm sorry... for causing you all so much trouble all the time.”
“It's okay Baekhyun, it's not like you can help it.”
“Yeah, people are picking on you with or without you like it.”
“Let's just try to find whoever does this to you before he actually gets his hands on you for real.”
“Oh, I think Chanyeol is jealous.”
“Idiot, don't say that! I'm also mad you know!”

D.O sounded like he was on fire as mad he was. Kai and Sehun chuckled nervously while Suho seemed to do something else in silence. Baekhyun held onto Chanyeol's hand tight as they finally stopped which meant they had arrived to the nurse office.

“Hello Miss. Kim? Are you here?”
“Ah, welcome boys! What can I help you with?”
“Uhm, Baekhyun has hurt his wrist.”
“Oh poor little guy. Come over here and let me take a good look at it.”

Baekhyun let Chanyeol lead him into the room. Baekhyun got to sit down as the nurse grabbed his left wrist gently. Baekhyun whined when she squeezed it too hard. She apologized a little before she got up to get a bandage for him.

“I will wrap it in with bandage. It shouldn't be anything dangerous. It's just a little swollen, but try to not use it too much. By the way, aren't you boys supposed to be in your classrooms?”
“Well... Something happened.”
“Uh? What happened?”
“We will have to walk back to the classroom not, let's go.”

Baekhyun got up fast as fast the school nurse had wrapped his left wrist with the bandage. Baekhyun grabbed Chanyeol's hand and pulled the giant with him as Chanyeol understood what he wanted.

“Thank you Miss Kim, we won't forget this.”
“It's my job boys, now be careful.”

The others said a loud and clear yes as Baekhyun just followed Chanyeol out of the nurse office. Baekhyun felt how Chanyeol squeezed his hand a little before Chanyeol stopped him some meters away from te nurse office.

“Hey, why didn't you tell her about the guy who-?”
“Because I don't want her to know. It's better to keep it a secret.”
“Why is that better?”
“Because then he thinks that I'm too scared to tell you the truth and he will try again.”
“Isn't that really bad?”
“Don't you get it? Watch over me from afar and catch the bastard who tries to me.”

Baekhyun spoke almost annoyed as the others understood what he thought. It's true that he doesn't want the guy to him and he doesn't like to risk himself to be honest, but if they're going to catch the guy they have to do it like this. The teachers will only get in the way or fail to catch the damn boy guy.

“I guess you can think like that.”
“I'm so damn tired of that bastard running away before you get him, so this time I have made up my mind. I will make you catch him for me by fooling him.”
“Baekhyun seems pretty fired up for once.”
“Are you kidding me? You get tired of being all depressed all the time. Let's catch that bastard already!”

Baekhyun doesn't know why, but he got a feeling that his friends smiled at him. He can't see them and he can't hear smiles, yet he really got the feeling that they smiled at him.

“Okay, we will catch him. But right now we should let this pass. Let's get you back to your class.”
“And we have to go to our class now.”

Baekhyun nodded as he let go of Chanyeol's hand and let D.O grab it instead. Baekhyun doesn't want to let go of Chanyeol's hand since it feels like all his courage came from it. The warm hand made him feel so brave, he doesn't know why but he just felt safe.

“We will see you guys after school, okay?”
“Sounds like a plan!”
“Hey, let's hurry back before the teacher gets mad at us.”
“Urgh, what if we get detention?”
“Then we will have to explain that Baekhyun was at the nurse office.”

Baekhyun smiled at his friends who took him towards the classroom again. Despite what happened him recently, he feel kind of... proud. He's starting to feel a lot better now to be honest. He doesn't understand why, but he just feels better and better every day that passes him by.

Chanyeol's P.O.V

Chanyeol hurried to walk towards Baekhyun's classroom as he arrived just in the time to watch Kai and D.O come out with him. Baekhyun looked really tired, like he just had woke up from a nap.

“Yah, are you still tired?”
“You sleep head, you sleep way too much.”
“But I get so easily bored...”
“Yah, just because you can't see doesn't it mean that you can slack off during the classes.”

D.O sighed as Chanyeol walked over and grabbed Baekhyun's right hand gently. Baekhyun looked fast up and smiled big, like he already knew who it was. Chanyeol felt amazed to be honest. He hasn't said anything, yet Baekhyun knew right away that it was him.

“Chanyeol, you're here!”
“How did you... know it was me?”
“I... I know it's your hand silly.”
“How?”
“I won't tell, it's a secret.”

Baekhyun stuck out his tongue teasingly as Chanyeol chuckled. D.O and Kai seemed amazed as well as they stared over at Chanyeol who smiled as amazed as them. When did Baekhyun become this good at feeling?

“Let's go to a cafe.”
“Sounds good or is there someone who wants to reject like usual?”
“No, I'm totally on!”

Baekhyun happily sang as they all exchanged a pair of surprised glances. Did Baekhyun just... say he wanted to go out? Chanyeol chuckled as D.O and Kai begun to walk in silence. They must be really surprised to be honest.

“What happened? Why is everyone silent all of the sudden?”
“Well, you're not the one who usually wants to go out Baekhyun.”
“But today I'm in a good mood, I don't know why though.”
“I see, then I'm really happy that you're happy.”

Baekhyun laughed happily as they all begun to walk towards a cafe. Then they stopped dead; what happened with Sehun and Suho? They all turned around to find the two of them come walking while talking about something that sounded like manga.

“Yah, we're going to a cafe, are you going to join?!”
“Sure! Sounds like fun!”
“Did Baekhyun reject like usual?”
“Actually no.”
“What?! Is he sick or something?”

Baekhyun laughed happily as Chanyeol smiled down at him. It feels good to see the boy in such a good mood. After all, Baekhyun has been down for so many days and weeks and finally he smiles. Finally he seems to be happy and carefree again. But Chanyeol wonders why. What is the reason to his happiness?
