Drabble 29 // Make A Wish

     “Jiminie, if I make a wish, will it come true?”

Jimin patted Taehyung’s head and pulled the younger in closer, glancing admirably over those beautiful eyelids upon the boy’s face. “If you wish hard enough, I guess so.”

Taehyung murmured, a bit of drool beginning to appear at the corner of his mouth. “But I’ve made so many wishes since I was little, and many of them have not come true.”

“Maybe the stars were tired on the days you wished and didn’t hear you?”

The younger stayed silent for a moment. “No one listens to my wishes,” he whimpered while shutting his eyes tighter.

Jimin frowned slightly at sleepy Tae and began his soft hair. “Don’t worry. As long as I’m with you, I’ll make your every wish come true.” He heard another mumble from the younger, a tiny nose brushing against his neck with warm exhales tickling his skin the usual routine as Taehyung fell into deep sleep. Jimin chuckled lightly and tilted his head to kiss Taehyung good night on the forehead. “I promise.”
