NIEL POV

I have no idea what the heck that MinSoo has been telling maknae, but when they walked back to us, I can see the closeness between those two. I was jealous and furious for that. I immediately grabbed maknae’s hand away and hid him behind me.

“Maknae, are you okay?” I asked him worriedly. “I think it’s time to go home, ok?”

I know ByungHyun was about to protest again, but this time, that MinSoo guy was the one who beat his younger sibling. “Niel-shi, I just want you to know that we don’t mean to steal Ricky away from you. We wanted to spend some times to get to know about him. We’re also his family. Besides, don’t you want to get to know your dongsaeng, JongHyun either?”

“Really? You think I will believe in your words like that? You wanted to spend time with maknae? How long? One day? Two days?” Does he think I am not that easy to persuade? Hell no! “And it’s not your problem if I want to know your maknae or not. My maknae is only Ricky!”

“NIEL…!”

I was shocked to hear ChunJi hyung yelled at me angrily. I turned to look at him with JongHyun standing beside him. Wait a minute, did I just think correctly? ChunJi hyung was defending JongHyun now? Seriously?

I was really mad at ChunJi hyung. How could he do that to Ricky? Ricky is our maknae! Didn’t he say himself that no matter what happened, blood related or not, Ricky will always be our maknae; always be part of the family? But now… He just prefers JongHyun over Ricky???

BYUNGHYUN POV

Good! This is my chance to grab Ricky away from them. I can clearly see the hurt on Ricky when that ChunJi defended JongHyun from Niel. “Ricky, let’s go home with hyung…?” I asked him hopefully and sincerely. I didn’t want anything more than his acceptance. I just wanted my maknae.

“No, Ricky’s coming home with me.” That thick lip Niel still won’t lose. I paid no attention on him as I looked straight at Ricky with all my hopes up.

“Niel-shi, I think it’s for Ricky to decide himself who he wanted to go home with, right?” MinSoo hyung said calmly, eyes on Ricky as well before turned to JongHyun. “JongHyun…” And before he could say anything, JongHyun had already cut him.

“MinSoo hyung, remember what you promised me?” I have no idea what they’re talking about but I saw MinSoo hyung just nodded his head sadly. “Hyung, I’ve made my decision. I want to stay with my family. I want to get to know them…” JongHyun said it out while looked at the ChunJi guy as he continued, “That’s if I am allowed.” He clearly meant for ChunJi acceptance.

I saw how ChunJi was a bit hesitant before he looked back at JongHyun and nodded his head, agreed with it. I immediately turned to look at Ricky just to witness the secret tears fell down
