Yoomi smiles as she sees him squinting his eyes because of the heat. He also keeps fanning himself in the midst of their conversation. “Should we move somewhere else?” she asked at last.

“Okay, let’s move. It’s too hot here,” Joonyoung answered, leading the way, “There is a nice cafe around here. We can continue talking there.”

Yoomi walks slowly, taking one step walking behind him. It’s awkward, since it’s their first meeting anyway. She doesn’t even know what to talk, albeit the fact that she followed SSK4 last year quite dilligently.

“Ah noona...” Joonyoung trailed. She couldn’t help but twitch hearing him calling her noona. “Why are you bringing flower on your own? People will mistakenly think it’s from me..” he said with the concern look.

“It’s beautiful, what’s wrong with it?” she sticked out her tongue at him, “I bought it on the way here. It’s not like I can expect you to bring flowers in our first meeting anyway, right?”

“But I did make an event for you. Look, I even personally play guitar for you. It was...”

But Yoomi interrupts,”It was good, really.” Joonyoung beams at the compliment.

“Ah, talking about that, why did you even wear this kind of clothes? Long-sleeves knitted sweater in September? Tsk..tsk..”

“Because it’s cool, noona. It’s black and it’s cool. Especially because it’s me who wears it, kekekeke.”

Yoomi only shakes her head in disbelief.

“Actually,” Joonyoung said in low voice, “I was such in hurry this morning. So I only grab the nearest clothes I can reach then run to you.”

She grunts while he laughs nonchalantly, “ See? What cool you are talking about just now? Jeez...” 

Then they go quiet while walking side by side, drown in their own thoughts. It’s her first regular variety show, of course she has many worries. She even had trouble sleeping last night. What if she messes everything up and the audience doesn’t like her at all? But seeing this lanky weird singer with devilish laugh right from the start somehow makes her assured.

Yoomi smiles. Everything would be just fine.
