Was she… Pregnant?

Hongbin was speechless, for a moment. He held his breath, waited for the news to sink in. Then, took a deep breath and looked at Ken, who was as shocked as Hongbin is.

“D-does she know?” he said, shuttering.

“Well, I’m sure the nurse did tell her, she woke up already.”

He took a deep breath again. What they were going to do now? No one even knew that they were married.  Were they going to go out and say that Hongbin will be a father and he was already married? How many fans will turn their back to them? Not just Hongbin, but the whole company were going to lose.

He felt Jaehwan was his back, he looked at him again to see him smiling bitterly.

“Don’t worry,” he said. “We’re all gonna figure this out.”

Hongbin nodded and turned towards the doctor. “Can we go in?”

“Yeah, sure.” The doctor wore a fatherly smile as he patted Hongbin’s shoulder.

Hongbin nodded quietly and his hand went to the door knob, to open the door.  But he hesitated for a moment, taking his millionth deep breath.

“You can do it,” Ken said in his broken English, to make his mood better. Hongbin scoffed and opened the door slowly.

There she is, looking so pale. It’s all my fault, he thought. If only I was a little more careful…

He called your name, his voice sounded weak. You bit your lower lip. He knows… You swallowed.

The nurse left the room as she saw Hongbin came in, then Jaehwan waved his hand to you, smiling bitterly, and he also left the room. Hongbin sat the chair beside the bed you were laying in.

You were all alone with Hongbin and there was a dead silence in the room.

“I’m sorry,” he broke the silence. Your brows knitted in confusion.

“Why are you sorry?” you asked, voice hoarse because not being able to talk for a while.

“You… You don’t know? The nurse didn’t tell you?” His lips were shaking.

“I know,” you said, nodding slowly. “But… I don’t get the reason you’re sorry for. It’s not your fault, nor mine. Or we’re both in fault, I don’t know.”

“I shouldn’t have drank so much that night,” he said, looking really sorry.

“I should not let you to take me,” you said. “See, it’s not only your fault. I could prevent myself from you, but I didn’t because I wanted it too.”

Hongbin couldn’t help but your face slowly. “I’m still sorry though. But trust me, we’re gonna figure this out.” You nodded, smiling a bit for the first time in days.

Going back to home was painful. You were so sorry towards the VIXX members and the company. The night when you and Hongbin were in the hospital, Ken went back at the dorm and told the members about your pregnancy. Luckily they didn’t say something to the company, just the managers because they had to know the situation before hand.

With the help from Hongbin and Ravi, you laid down on your bed. The doctor suggested to not move too much for a while, but of course the flurry was in ever man’s nature, they were trying to be extra careful, but it only made you more irritated.

“Alright guys, I’m more than okay! The doctor just said ‘not move too much’, not ‘do not move’!”

“Eiit!” Hakyeon said, hands on his waist, looking like a furious ‘ahjumma’. “Did he say ‘don’t talk too much’, too?”

You shook your head negatively.

“Then, The Cha Leader saying it. Don’t talk too much!”

He looked pretty scary, you admit. Still, you couldn’t help but laugh at his figure. That made other boys –even Leo- laugh too.

Hakyeon squinted, giving out his stank face. “Yah! Aren’t you gonna stop laughing? Want N-umma to come out?”

“Oh no no no! Guys, okay stop laughing!” Hyuk shouted all of a sudden, since he’s the only victim of N-umma.. Along with Leo, who he.. Or she, claimed as his.. No, her husband.

“I’m out,” Leo said, but before he left the room, he turned to look at you. “You okay, right?”

“I said I’m okay million times Taekwoon oppa!”

“Don’t yell at my husband, young lady!” N said, but started laughing. “Anyway, let’s leave guys. She needs some time alone!”

“Yeah, let’s go,” Hongbin said.

“Who told you that you’ll be coming with us?” N said again, knitting his eyebrows. “You need to be alone with her, what If she needs something?” He, for some reason that you didn’t get, winked at Hongbin after he talked. Then they all left you and Hongbin alone at the room.

“Soo…” Hongbin said, to broke the dead silence that was existed for a while. “Are you really okay?”

“YAH!”

“Okay, okay! Before you throw things at me, I’ll be going to the living room, okay? If you need something, call me.”

“Okay,” you said, relaxing through the fact that you were finally alone.

You tried to sleep, but as usual, the thoughts were hunting you. What should you do? Apparently, having a tiny little baby inside of you, was dangerous.  For the three of you.

If it goes out, if the fans learn.. What if the company would not be okay with it, well, they probably won’t. But the worse is, if the fans know that Hongbin was married with you and now that you’re pregnant.

They would stop being a fan, they’d leave the fandom immediately. Or even worse, some fans might want to hurt you.

But you could not kill your baby. You always wanted to be a mother, having kids was a great idea for you. And since you, technically, grow up without a mother, you wanted to give so many things to your kid. Not end their lifes.  

You bit your lips. You should not think about this now, you thought. It’s only three weeks old. Just, have your time.

You your belly, was there a baby inside of you now? It sounded impossible. It was a miracle, to have a tiny living thing inside of you.

Too bad you probably won’t be able to see your belly grow.. Or your kid to grow up anytime soon…

Wooohh!! Finally it's finished! I had a huge writer's block about this fanfic. I literally looked at the computer screen for a really long time but nope, nothing came out and plus I had a headache lolol

Anyway, hope you like it!
