“YES! YES! YES!”

Shin Hye was translating the media interview question for Semir event in Wuhan on this coming January. She stopped typing when she heard her mom shouted loudly. She walked to the living room and asked. “Eomma, what happened? You shouted like you just saw a ghost.”

“Your boss. He just got another award for tonight. It’s the 3rd one already,” her mom said pointing to the television. “He is daebak. Luckily your appa agreed to let me stay at home tonight to watch this SBS Drama Awards. I have to support Kim Tan.” Shin Hye looked at her mom in disbelief. “Eomma. You let appa worked alone in the restaurant today just because you want to watch Lee Min Ho? Wait! Kim Tan?! You’re a fan of The Heirs?”

“Nope. I’m a fan of Lee Min Ho. I watched all his drama. He is so handsome and his acting is so cool. Did you watch how he fights in City Hunter and Faith? Even your appa fell in love with daejang.” Shin Hye still looking at her mom who praised her boss like a fan girl. She is speechless and just shakes her head, walked back to her room. Shin Hye was thankful that Manager Han let her came home early today to finish up the translation and doesn’t need to follow them to the awards ceremony. She has ton of works to be done. Even eomma love him. No wonder Chinese fans called him “male god”. Shin Hye smiled and continued with her work.  

It was already 12.30am when the awards ceremony ended. Min Ho grabbed 5 awards tonight and he was so happy, smiling like an idiot the whole night. This is the first drama that people love the characters and not just because of Lee Min Ho. The drama itself was so popular. He was in the company car and on his way home when his phone rang non-stop. He received a lot of messages from his friends and staffs congratulating him for winning the awards but only one person did not text him. He pursed his lips and started to type a message.

Shin Hye let out a loud sigh of relief when she finished with the translation and also Min Ho’s schedule for next month. She was stretching her neck when she saw a new message on her phone.

“I received congratulation messages from almost all the people I knew except from you. Do you even watch the awards show tonight? Do you know how many awards I got? You should at least pretend to be happy for me. I’m your BOSS.”

Shin Hye almost laughed out when she saw the message from Min Ho. She put down her phone and walked to the kitchen to take a glass of water. When she went into her room, there was another new message.

“YA! Park Shin Hye. Are you asleep already? Jeongmal! You said that you have a lot of works to be done and excused from the awards ceremony but you are actually sleeping? Reply me now or I’m gonna give you a warning letter tomorrow.”

Shin Hye nearly choked on the water when she saw the message. Hah! This namja. After the conversation with him on the Christmas Eve, she is now feeling more comfortable around him. He didn’t like before anymore and at least they are now treating each other like friends.

Min Ho smiles like a child when he saw Shin Hye’s message.

“You said yourself that you are not a difficult boss but you threaten me with a warning letter? I was working on your schedule and the Semir interview translation since I got back home. :(“

“The interview is on 11/01/2014 and there are still times for you to do. Why must you rush it? You should rest when hyung let you off early today.”

“Mr Boss. Your hyung need me to pass the translation to him by tomorrow. And he needs to go through your schedule the day after. Tomorrow you will be shooting for Innisfree and I don’t think I’ll have the time to do it. So, do you still want to give me the warning letter?”

“He is crazy. I’ll talk to him.”

“NO! Please don’t. I still want my job and I’d finished it anyway. But if you don’t mind, I need to sleep now. I looked like a panda already.”

“Okay, okay… just sleep. See you tomorrow. Good night. *wink*”

“*smiles* See you tomorrow. By the way, congratulations and Happy New Year!”
