Manager Han was the one who opened the door for Park Shin Hye when she reached Lee Min Ho’s house. She quickly went inside and she saw Min Ho was sitting in the living room, face darkened when he saw her glaring at him. Shin Hye took a seat in front of him when Manager Han walked to them.  

Manager Han who was now sitting beside Shin Hye, let out a deep sigh. “Things already happened and that’s no point to blame anyone now. What we need to do now is damage control. We can’t deny the report because the photo of Min Ho gambling was taken by a fan and was uploaded seconds later. It went viral almost immediately.” He then turned to Shin Hye and asked, “What do you think we should do next?”

Shin Hye was listening to Manager Han and then turned her glance to Min Ho. He was very quiet since she came in. “May I know what kind of casino was that? A large scale one? A legal one?” She asked carefully.

“A legal place that doubled as a café and restaurant. We didn’t know there was a small casino inside. It was a healthy play environment, and the concept of the games there were far from gambling. He was having a drink there at first, and when we saw there were game tables, he just sits down to have some fun. The amount of money he gambled was about the price of his beverage. It was my fault too. I should have stop him but because he was really in a bad mood that day so I thought there won’t be a big harm for him to just have a few games. I never thought there were a lot of Asian tourists.” Manager Han told Shin Hye.

He was really in a bad mood. She looked at Min Ho who was still very quiet and doesn’t seem to bother what they were talking about. She sighed before looking at Manager Han. “As you said, since the photo was already everywhere, we can’t deny the news. We only have two choices now. Keep silent or release a statement. Just directly explain the situation because we have nothing to hide.”

“You are right. That’s what I’m thinking too. But since gambling is illegal in Korea, this article will surely bring him negative image. Fortunately the fans comments are quite positive and supportive.” Manager Han said, looking at Min Ho and shook his head. “I really don’t know what or who upsets him but he has been like that since we started our shooting in New Zealand. I have no time to figure out what is wrong with him. I need to rush back to report all this to President Kim. He have been calling me like there’s no tomorrow. I’ll leave him with you. Try to talk to him.” He told Shin Hye before he made his way to the door.

After she walked Manager Han to the door, she went back to the living room and stood right in front of Min Ho. He has no choice but to looked up and his gaze locked on to hers. His face was soften compared just now but its Shin Hye’s turn to angry now. She was glaring at him. Min Ho let out a frustrated sigh as he stood up and continued to look at Shin Hye.

“You have nothing to talk to me?” she asked, still glaring at him. He didn’t answer but just looking at her silently. Shin Hye couldn’t hold it anymore and hit his shoulder really hard.

Min Ho was shocked by her sudden action. He almost screams at her and raised his voice. “Yah! It’s painful.” He was even shocked when he saw tears starting to well up in Shin Hye’s eyes. “Y-Yah. Why are you crying?” He held her shoulder and pulled her down to sit on the couch. He was now squatting down in front of her with a worried look.

Shin Hye bit her lower lip, preventing herself from sobbing. She took a deep breath and turned her gaze away from Min Ho. He started to panicked when he saw a tear rolled down her cheek.

Good job Lee Min Ho. See what you have done to your girlfriend. You are really a big-jealousy-control-freak-idiot. He felt really bad now, and felt really helpless seeing her like that. He held her hands in his as Shin Hye trying to pull away but his grip simply tighten. He took her hand and slowly lifted it to his lips, planted soft kisses on her knuckles. “I’m sorry. I know I’m being very unreasonable and I shouldn’t shout at you. I’m sorry.” He murmured and looked at Shin Hye apologetically.

His heart started to race when Shin Hye still looked away from him. He gently let go her hands. He cupped her cheeks and slowly turned her to face him. “If you are still angry then you can yell at me or even hit me. Please don’t cry and don’t ignore me.” Min Ho pleads softly.

“Now you know how it feels when someone ignores you? You’ve been ignoring me since yesterday. And what did I do wrong? Just because some random guy got close to me and you got this mad? Then how about me? Should I be crying and jealous every time you have kiss scene bed scene with your co-star?” Shin Hye started yelling at him, more tears rolling down her cheeks.

Min Ho felt like punching himself in the face now. He has never been this childish before. But when he saw the way that jerk looked at Shin Hye, his heart was burning with anger. He couldn’t control himself at all and acted like a high school boy. But he couldn’t deny the fact that this woman in front of him really driving him crazy.  

He immediately jumped to his feet when Shin Hye stood up and trying to walked away. “Where are you going?” Min Ho asked urgently as he grasped on her hand. Shin Hye yanked his hand away but before she could go, Min Ho pulled her into his arms. She started to struggle in his arm to get away from him, he tightened his embrace.

She shoved at his chest, trying to free herself. “Go away! Don’t touch me!” she yelled.

“How can I go away when you are here and crying like that? Can’t you feel it? My heart is aching.” He said softly, hugged her even tightly trying to calm her down.

She pulled herself together, gasped for breath, and continued, “Don’t play that cute and innocent card on me. I don’t buy it. Let go of me. I want to go home.”

“No way! Hyung told you to stay here and talk to me. How can you go home now, leaving me alone? I need my girlfriend to cheer me up after that news.” Min Ho said with a smile, still hugging Shin Hye who was now stopped struggling.

Min Ho was shocked when he heard her sobbing. He leaned back a little from her, looking at her with his widened eyes. “What happened? Why are you crying again? I’m sorry, I’m sorry. Please don’t cry.” He let go of her waist, rubbed her tears away with his thumb as he cupped her cheek. “Look at me. Tell me what I can do to make you forgive me.” He asked, looking deep into her eyes.

 “W-What should we do now? Y-Your gambling photo was everywhere in the internet.” Shin Hye said between sobs.

Min Ho was confused and then let out a sigh of relief. He stared at her lovingly; his hand casually combed her hair. “Silly girl. You are crying because you are worried about the gambling news? I don’t even care about that news. Media always exaggerate things. It’s nothing. I’ll be fine.”

“But you shouldn’t be gambling in the first place. No matter how unhappy you were, you shouldn’t be doing something reckless. It’s my fault. If I didn’t argue with you yesterday, you won’t be……” she can’t finish her sentence as her lips were claimed by Min Ho. She tries to push him away but he was hugging her very tightly.

He deepened the kiss when Shin Hye stopped struggling. Kissing her was always the best way to stop her from crying.  They both slowly pulled away gasping for air.

“See. It always worked. Stop crying already or I’m going to kiss you again.” Min Ho said cheekily. He laughed softly when he saw her blushing. He pulled her into his arms again and sighed. He held her tight and lightly her hair. “Don’t ever blame yourself when something like this happened. It’s not your fault but mine. I’m an idiot for fighting with you because of something stupid. Don’t worry about that damn news. What I care about is you and us. Okay?”

Shin Hye nodded her head softly as she closed her eyes, wrapped her arms around his waist and leaned against his shoulder.
