Foreword
It has been a year since I tied the knot to my arrange husband. Yes I was arrange into a marriage by my grandfather. I had no choice but to accept it since I am the only daughter and my parents didn’t had a son and so the case is, there is no heir that was produced and I needed to fulfill it by marrying a good man with a good background. I didn’t refuse to the marriage since the man I had been in the meeting treated me well and I fell for him instantly.
I’m Ritchelle Claudio. A girl who wants a simple life. I’m just a half Korean through my mom, she got married with a Filipino when she’s studying in the Philippines for a university degree but my dad passed away soon after my mom gave birth to me but my mom chose to rise me in my father‘s land. I learned how to speak Korean since my mom talked to me with the said language at home.
It was just 3 years ago when we decided to permanently live in korea and leave the life in the Philippines due to my grandfather‘s wish. That was the time when I met the man that I’m going to marry. And after two years I finally walk to the aisle with the man waiting to the altar.
We had a good relationship as soon as the engagement was set, he treated me like a princess, dating me almost everyday, taking me to fine and nice restaurant, and buying me material things that a good boyfriend as well as a rich boyfriend could afford and it was , until one day, a month before our wedding, he was changed and all had been complicated.
