“Thanks man.” I was about to walk away when Kris cupped my face and…KISSED ME?!

I quickly pushed him away and wiped my lips.

“What the hell was that for?!” I shouted.

He ran his thumb along his lips and smirked, “A thank you gift.”

“What the .” I glared at him.

He smirked and said, “Now, you can get out.”

I pushed him out of my way before making my ways toward the door. I slipped my shoes on before giving him one last glare.

When I got outside I slammed the door hard. I stomped to my apartment and took my keys out before opening the door and walked inside. I closed the door before sliding down, my back leaning on the door.

“Gosh, why did he even kiss me?” I asked myself.

“Even though….It wasn’t that bad,” I said before getting up and walked towards the bathroom.

From now on, I’m not going to help Kris anymore…

I stripped out of my clothes and stepped inside the shower.

I lied down on the bed and watched the ceiling. Suddenly, an image of Kris kissing me flashed through my mind.

I quickly sat up and started slapping both of my cheeks. I stopped and started shaking my head.

Quit thinking at him!

When it stopped, I smiled.

I lied back down and closed my eyes.

Hmm. I wonder what Kris is doing.

I opened my eyes and started kicking the air.

I got up from my bed and went out of the room. I drunk some water before sitting on the couch. I stared at the dark sky outside before going to the bedroom, getting my phone and coming back to sit on the couch.

I turned my phone and dialed a number.

“Hello?” the person said through the phone.

“Omma…It’s me, Soomin.” I said trying not to make my voice shaky.

“Omo! Soomin?! How is it over there? Have you applied to any schools yet?” my mom asks.

“It’s….good over here. And, no I haven’t.” I said before scratching my head.
